Manticore School Silver Sword

Bockler, southwestern part, the closest sign is Palace Gardens.   Here it is cave on the lake   and in it is a chapel. You have to go through various tests, then kill a monster, then give coins to beggars. At the end of everything you will see a ghostly man, and after he disappears, there will be a chest with a drawing.


Manticore School Steel Sword

Bastoy Prison, northwest of the Palace,   near the lake. If you go along the southern road, you will find ruins and a tower in the distance. Climb to the ruins, and in the wall in the brick there is a note and a drawing.

He died a long time ago, but once witches from around the world came to him to order armor. Unfortunately, all the witches who arrived were killed, but the blacksmith knows where. Lazarus Lafarg himself was a student at Tien "sael. And he knows all the stories about the dead Witchers first hand. In general, this knowledge discouraged his desire to find these drawings himself. Therefore, he is looking for someone who can do this.

He will offer us to find and explore the places where the witches from five different schools supposedly ended. And if we provide him with the drawings that were with them, then he will be able to fulfill the order on them, thereby proving that he is a worthy student, his teacher. After talking with the master Bronnik, we activate a task to search for drawings of witches from different schools: Wolf, Griffin, Cat, Bear and Manticore. As you noticed, the school of snakes went around again. As the drawings are located, you can return to the armor plate and, if there are appropriate components in the inventory, create this or that armor.

Come in. There are a couple of tombs in the room, one of them is empty, we also see a walled entrance. Here we need it.

Be sure to read. From the diary we learn that the witcher Merten repented, and in order to carry out purification, he must get to the Secret Chapel. Hollowed out in a rock and inhabited by dangerous creatures, is a test in itself. Whoever Quinoa is allowed to enter the chapel, he will forgive sins and crimes. And Merten went. So it’s time for us to go on the road.

And then we will see the Lake of Purification.

Where to begin?

Paint the armor of the manticore school

As you may already know, with the addition of Blood and Wine, you can now color your armor. However, you can not dye all clothes, but only parts of sets of witch's armor.

Go to Tussent. In the eastern part of the city of Bokler, on the shore of a small bay, there is a dyeing workshop where you can buy 8 types of paints from a merchant and a means to restore the armor to its previous appearance. Paints are not cheap at about 1000 orens apiece. In order not to waste the paint in vain, you can see how the armor would look after staining, but only if the paint is already there.
