Clans in Clash of Clans. Recruitment to clans

  • 19.09.2023

They play the same role as in any other game. They allow players to unite into communities and develop together in the shortest period of time. This element is not mandatory, but experienced players will advise beginners to still join it, because clan members can greatly help in a wide variety of situations.

How the clan works

At the moment, there are a huge number of communities in the game, the main goal of which is competition. Thus, throughout the game you will experience so-called clan games in Clash of Clans. Rivalry can manifest itself in two variations:

  • By the number of Trophies. We remind you that Trophies are an indicator of your player’s level, which are “gained” when attacking real opponents.
    Thus, the leader is the community that collects the largest number of Trophies and occupies the top lines in the leaderboard.
  • With the help of the Clan War. The game features direct battles between clans, the winner of which receives a huge amount of experience and a wide variety of loot.

After joining such a community of players, a private chat becomes available to you, which is designed for communication directly between clan members. Thus, you can even make donations of Troops, Siege Engines and Spells.

Be prepared for the fact that after joining, each player is assigned his own status. Subsequently, all users are divided into groups according to these statuses:

  • Participants;
  • Elders;
  • Co-directors;
  • Chapter.

The maximum number of users in one clan is 50 people including the head. There are no additional options for expanding it.

How to join a clan

The main condition for joining the clan is repairing the Clan Fortress. At the moment, the cost of repair is 10,000 gold.

Once this condition is met, you can move on. We need to open a special search for a clan, in which we find any one we like with the “Open” status. This suggests that this community does not have any restrictions, and if it does, they are minimal. In this case, it is ideal for a beginner to get acquainted with the operation.

If you have chosen a community with the “By invitation” status, then be prepared to wait. In this case, you submit a request and wait for its consideration by the Head and subsequent consent or refusal. The decision will depend on the level of development of your character and your achievements.

You can also receive an invitation to a clan in Clash of Clans. Only those users who have the statuses “Elders”, “Co-leaders” and “Head” can send them. There is also an option to get it while in the global chat.

As a reminder, some player communities may set their own requirements, which may make the entry process more difficult for regular players. For example, a minimum number of Trophies may be set. Such conditions can only be set by the Co-Managers and the Chapter. In the case of Trophies, the threshold can vary from 0 to 4,200. If your character does not meet the minimum requirements, then it becomes impossible for him to send a request and, accordingly, join. Thus, the Heads of large communities weed out newcomers so that clan recruitment in Clash of Clans is carried out exclusively among strong and experienced players. If an invitation was sent to your character, then all requirements are ignored and you have every right to accept the invitation or not.

How to create your own clan

Creating your own clan provides a huge number of opportunities. You can fully appreciate them only after creating your own community. And its creation will require certain investments from you and you need to prepare for this in advance. It is also recommended that you have already been a member of the community before this in order to fully become familiar with its functionality, because, most likely, you are unlikely to want to give your place as Head to someone with extensive experience.

  • Firstly, should you restore the Clan Fortress? which has already been mentioned above. This is an essential condition, without which you will not be able to move forward. You need to rebuild the fortress to level 8.
  • Secondly, pay great attention to the name for the Clan in Clash of Clans, because it will be impossible to change it in the future.
  • Third, create your own Clan Symbol. Its design is also very important, because it will be placed on the Fortress, but, in this case, the Head or Co-Leader can change its appearance at any time. The clan chat will display information about who and when the Symbol was changed.
  • Fourth, come up with a description for the clan. Among the players it is called “clan hat”. Its presence is not at all necessary. Accordingly, this field can be left empty, but this will attract the least number of players.
  • Fifthly, decide on the status of the community. The head decides whether it will be open, closed or by invitation. Pay attention to this, because this determines the flow of those wishing to join.
  • At sixth, set the minimum parameters you need for the set. In this case, the number of Trophies. Remember that this is not necessary at all and the value can be left at the default value of 0.
  • Seventh, set up the “Participation in war” column, because, we remind you, the main goal of clans is to compete for leadership. Clan wars are the ideal solution.
  • Eighth, deposit cash in the amount of 40,000 gold.

Clan levels

On October 11, 2017, a new major update was installed in the game, which almost completely changed the Banner system. Thus, there are currently 20 clan levels in Clash of Clans.

There are several types of Banners available for players:

  • Banners with clan stone;
  • Banners without clan stone;
  • The basics of the clan banners that are mounted on the clan wall.

Let's figure out what a clan is in Clash of Clans. Its structure and rules. You can also leave an invitation for game participants to join.

Clash of Clans is a team game, so most players join clans in pursuit of common goals. By joining a group, you can find new friends, try different combat tactics, learn new tricks from your comrades, and take part in clan wars.

You can join the ranks of the fighters of any community only if you have the appropriate fortress, town hall(at least third level) and storage, whose capacity is 40,000.

Structure

There are several ranks:

1) Newbie. A player who recently joined the group and does not have any special powers. At first they are not taken seriously, because... most of them are novice gamers. Earn a promotion in 5 days and prove to everyone that you are capable of great things.

2) Elder (elder). One of the leaders, capable of both recruiting newcomers and expelling them. When Elder sees a leader in an ordinary fighter, he promotes him to the rank of elder, after which responsibilities are divided, it becomes easier for everyone to cope with common concerns, and more new recruits are recruited.

3) Joint leader (co-leader). A character of this rank is older than Elder, his powers also include the ability to recruit new people, exclude existing comrades (except for the head and other co-leaders), change the status of the clan (recruitment is in progress / not), the ability to set restrictions for entry, change the emblem.

4) Chapter. A leader who has absolutely all powers, including the ability to demote/expel any participant (including Soliders).

Rules

Each clan has its own rules, which are issued by the head and his co-leaders. Of course, most communities require adequate behavior by prohibiting:

1) Swearing.

2) Insults (both friends and enemies during battle).

3) Any rude behavior.

4) Using official powers for improper purposes that do not benefit the clan.

5) Recruitment of fighters, ignoring the parameters by which it is carried out.

6) Editing the rules/emblem/description of the community, as well as declaring war on another clan without the authority of the head.

How do you join a clan?

Either the player himself finds a suitable group for himself by submitting an application and filling out a special form, or the head (joiner, elder) invites him. Before joining, do not forget to study the regulations and the basic requirements for participants. Among them may be:

1) Age. Many leaders prefer to recruit participants within a certain age range.

2) Daily online. These are the hours you can spend per day playing the game. Of course, not everyone needs people who come in rarely and play little. Most often they just take up space.

3) Level of skill. These are your skills, the better you are at Clash of Clans warfare, the more valuable a soldier you are. As a rule, those who particularly distinguished themselves in war quickly earn promotions and become leaders.

4) Material mutual assistance. Some communities require donations of small amounts units within a certain time frame. Typically, “donations” are collected once every 14 days. Also, in some groups, some investment of real funds is welcomed, and sometimes even required.

4) Mandatory compliance with the rules. If you do not want to comply with the regulations, then you simply should not join, because you will be excluded anyway.

Remember, you don’t feel good alone for long. One way or another, you will want to either create your own clan or join an existing one. The game is much more interesting when you participate in clan wars, help your team develop, train new people and achieve your goals together.

What is recruiting people into a clan?

This is, frankly, recruitment, an attempt to force Clash of Clans players to join the clan. This is done through the global chat in the game, through forums, YouTube, any website that can allow you to persuade someone to join your clan. But, of course, global chat is most often used for these purposes. This is what we will talk about.

How to correctly and incorrectly recruit people globally.

There are various methods of recruitment. There are some people who spam the global "Please join us, we are a good clan." There are some more mature recruiters who simply write "Recruiting." None of them makes me want to join them. So now we'll move on to the do's and don'ts.

You can't: Spam "Recruitment". Nobody wants to see this.

You can: Write to people what you offer. What level of troops do you offer? How active is your clan? How do you play clan wars?

You cannot: Offer to immediately get a co-leader or elder. Many are desperately trying to get people into their clan by handing out positions just for the person to join. But people who join for the sake of a position most often do not stay. They enter, kick everyone they can and then leave on their own. Believe me, I've been through this more than once.

You can: Tell them how to earn an elder. Say: "Unfortunately, we do not give out an Elder for free. If you want, you must donate 300 troops to your clanmates." This will encourage clan members to stay, rather than making the clan a passing yard.

Here are examples of good and bad recruiting messages.

Good: "Hello everyone! We accept 40 lv+ mature and active players. Elder is earned by donating troops. We offer an active chat and good advice. Join if you want a successful clan!"

The bad: “I give the set to everyone soruka.”

Through the eyes of a man looking for a clan.

I personally looked for which clan to join more than once. When I see people recruiting in the global, I judge how well their clan is organized based on several criteria: if the recruiting message looks attractive (see above), what level of troops the clan members have; if they really want you to be in their clan, and not just want to fill the space.

Clash of Clans is a social game and playing without a clan is simply not interesting and impossible. Therefore, people who were left without a clan have some reason for this. Maybe they weren't given troops? Or are the troops of the wrong level? Or were they distributed unsolicited? If they left the clan, it means they want the new clan to be the complete opposite of the previous one.

People who are looking for a clan like cool clan names. Personally, when I’m looking for a clan and see a clan with the name “Seryozha’s Clan,” I don’t want to join it. I'd rather join a clan called something like "Ice Fire". Just remember that players like names that are more interesting than “Football” or “USSR”.

How to improve recruitment.

Are you not getting new members to your clan? Maybe because of your description. The clan description is one of the most important parts of the set. It tells you how much to donate for the elder, how active your clan is, your war schedule, and more. Below are some examples of good and bad descriptions.

The good: We are the Ice Fire clan! Donate 200 for the old man. You will receive a coin for trust and loyalty. War twice a week. Have a good game!

The Bad: I am your leader. Everyone gets an elder. Join join join!! We are the best!

That's all. Thanks for reading this guide. Do you have your own opinion on this issue? Then write it in the comments and we will discuss it.

You can post an ad for recruitment to a Clash of Clans clan

Create your own clan in the game clash of clans not that difficult. The most difficult is the process of developing it and bringing it to the TOP of the best clans. But to have a developed clan, you need recruit people to the clan clash of clans.

We will give you three different ways to attract players to the clan clash of clans. The process of upgrading the clan will depend on the active participation of the players!

Method 1. Chat in the game Clash of Clans

This method is one of the simplest, free and less labor-intensive. To do this, you just need to post announcements in the global clash of clans chat stating that your clan is recruiting players. However, there are a lot of such advertisements in the chat, what needs to be added to get players to join the clan?

First, you need to open a clan and make it freely accessible. Secondly, we need to offer players various benefits in the form of donations of good and upgraded troops. And thirdly, this is the promotion of players from elder to clan co-leader.

It should be taken into account that the clan will mainly be entered by freeloaders, receive the necessary troops and immediately leave. Therefore, out of hundreds of newcomers, as a rule, there are no more than 2-3 active players left. Moreover, some of them come only because of the HF.

Method 2. Advertising and SPAM in social media. networks and websites

On social networks you can find open groups dedicated to the game of clash of clans. In them you can make a small advertisement for your clan and invite everyone according to your criteria. The same can be done in comments on various thematic sites and forums.

There is a minus in this scheme. Most often, administrators monitor this SPAM and quickly delete advertising comments with a user ban. Therefore, there is a chance that your advertisement will not live long. And in groups and sites where advertising is not removed, there are plenty of the same people, so the chance that your advertising will be noticed will not be great.

Method 3. Advertising your clan on thematic platforms

This method is paid. To implement it, you will need to find thematic sites, forums and groups on social networks and contact the administration. There you can also agree on advertising for a certain period.

Advertising can be of various kinds - an article on a website, a new topic on a forum, or a pinned post in a social network group. Same on the website it is possible to order banner placement or an advertising window for your clan.

The advantages of this method are that only proven players who have serious intentions will join the clan. The percentage of players dropped out using this method is no more than 70%. In the two previous cases, the dropout rate reaches 98-99%.
