  • Go to the root folder with Fallout4 (this is where the Creation Kit should be installed)

Now your editor can open esp / esm files, but in the name of standard items (from Fallout4.esm and all translated DLCs) instead of the normal "10mm" there will be "10-РјРј" and the like.
