If you want to try creating a mod yourself, you can download the free Creation Kit from Bethesda.net - the same tool that Bethesda used while working on Fallout 4.

Tired of carrying everything that comes to hand back to your settlement? This mod will help you. Make beacons, take them with you, and when your inventory fills up during your adventures, just put all the excess in the container and equip it with a beacon for the inhabitants of your settlement to take it. Giving you the choice between seven different nighttime settings, it will either make your evenings a little darker or pitch black. Interiors will also get darker at night if they are not well lit by lights. Use it wisely.
This mod makes shell casings visible at long distances (500 meters) during shootouts, and delays their disappearance time much longer (hour). This is a small change, but adds a bit of realism to the game. After a big fight, the ground should literally be covered with shell casings, and now it will. Will go well with a mod that makes the duration of the presence of bullet marks longer and visible at long distances.
On the rain theme: someone changed the texture of the frail and barely noticeable drops from Bethesda.
