Scoring in the game world of tanks. How to get experience in World of Tanks? Fast ways to gain experience

  • 13.12.2019
Experience is a resource in wot that cannot be bought. To earn experience you need to play battles. You win more often, you play better, therefore, you get a lot more experience.

Generally online game world of tanks there are several game resources: credits, gold, experience. Today we are on www .. Experience is required to research modules and new tanks, to improve the crew. This is a kind of resource that supports almost the entire research system in the game. This is a very important indicator that directly and indirectly shows your effectiveness in every battle.

Experience in wot cannot be bought, so you will have to play the game anyway, earning experience in battles. Everyone new tank in the research tree, you need to not only buy, but before that you need to research it. This will take experience, as well as the opening of the tank modules. But experience cannot be considered a global resource, like in-game silver or gold.

So the experience is tied to a specific tank, crew member. Globally only works on the account free experience, but this is a separate topic for conversation. Moreover, I have already written. Free experience is usually transferred for gold, in battles it is earned very slowly.

Crews in your tank also gain experience in battles, only here the situation is even more complicated. A tanker in wot cannot be retrained for another specialty (a radio operator will remain a radio operator), and each soldier will only control a tank of his nationality (a Soviet tanker will not sit in a German tiger for any gold). But first, let's consider what the experience is for in the game and how to get more of it.

Accrual

If you don't bother yourself with accurate data on this computer game, then we can say that experience is given according to the results of the battle based on your achievements. The better you play, the more experience you get. It's simple. For winning a battle, each player of the winning team receives 50% more experience; the members of the losing team, of course, do not have such a bonus. A draw is considered a loss of both teams.

In fact, it is not clear why in detail write down the actions for which there is an accrual of experience in the game. Indeed, what is the point of learning the intricacies of the game when you can just play. The better you play, the more experience they will give, that's all science. Moreover, this is relevant for the reason that the developers do not publish the exact formula for the accrual of experience and make the necessary adjustments at their own discretion.

Naturally, experience is given for the following actions:

  • inflicting damage on opponents (for damage on their intelligence they give much more). It is very important for which targets you inflicted damage. When attacking tanks Higher level give bonus experience;
  • for causing damage to enemies with your help (according to intelligence and for removing tracks);
  • per active playwhen you deal damage to enemies in close proximity to them. That is, on PT, shooting through half of the experience card gives less experience, but damage can be filled more easily and more;
  • for detecting enemy tanks (more for art and tank destroyers);
  • it is better to survive in battle, because they will give bonus experience for this, besides, you can save on repairs. Remember that repairing a tank that has even 2% of its durability after the battle is much cheaper than a completely destroyed one. This is due to the fact that the modules of the tank also need to be repaired, not only the strength of the vehicle;
  • for defending the base (more) and for capturing the base, that is, experience is awarded for base defense points and for capture points.

  • The first three items on the list are the most important to me. In any case, try to play to win, and not exclusively for personal maximum experience. No need on cardboard weak tank with an accurate and powerful weapon, immediately fly to the front line without a specific goal and understanding of their actions.

    But it would be more correct to focus on logic. Experience is given for actions that lead to victory. Play better and the experience will flow like a river to you. Since there is no exact formula for calculating experience, and the developers can change it at any time, you should not go too deep into calculating the experience accrued for a battle.

    By the way, in case of defeat, you can get more experience if you earn at least one of the medals from the category of "battle heroes". Then you will be given a noticeable reward in the form of experience for worthy resistance. Well, during a variety of promotions from the developers, you can get more experience for each battle.

    Let me remind you that as a standard for the first victory of the day, you get more experience on each tank. This is done with the aim that players spend in wot fights regularly, not from time to time. During promotions, this modifier can be increased to three or five.

    All experience gained in a battle is distributed as follows. You get full experience at the expense of the tank that was in battle. Each tanker gets the same amount of experience. Another five percent goes to the piggy bank of free experience, which can be spent on any tank, on any module.

    Crew

    Many experienced players, not without reason, believe that tankers are of particular value in the game. Indeed, the crew gains experience only in battles, no redistribution of experience is possible. And tankers can only be retrained from tank to tank, it is impossible to change the specialization or nation of a fighter.

    But first, let's figure out why tankers need combat experience in general. Each crew member has several indicators. The first is the skill of mastering the main specialty (affects the percentage of using the characteristics of the tank), it can develop up to a maximum of 100%, everything that is higher can be obtained only with the help of bonuses. Among them, the most popular are the commander's bonus, the effect of combat brotherhood, ventilation and chocolate (depends on the nation).

    After mastering the main specialty, each member of the crew begins to study the perks that significantly increase the combat capability of the vehicle. Anyway, this applies to some of them, repairs are most useful. Although with a stupid choice of perks you will not notice much benefit from them, they will be a huge plus for an experienced player.

    Tankers can only lose experience. If you transfer the crew to another tank, then the fighters will receive a large penalty to the main specialty, but the perks will work in full. So in fact the crew will have to be retrained to new car... At the same time, all perks will remain, but the crew will lose 10% of the main specialty if we transfer to a car of the same class (with heavy tank for heavy, for example) using silver.

    That is, in fact, the crew loses experience. But, if the loss of 10% of the main specialty is not so critical, then the situation with perks is more complicated. Crew perks are divided into those that act as you learn, others need to be developed to 100% to receive a bonus. And the scale of the crew's experience is non-linear, so for each next perk you need many times more experience. You can also reset perks for in-game silver, but with the loss of 10% of experience, which for an experienced crew will be a very considerable amount of experience.

    But the crew experience can be fully preserved when retraining and resetting perks. How, you ask. It's very simple, but for the money. You can retrain the crew for gold, then all experience will be saved. Whether to use this service or not is up to you, I refrain from it for now. To do this, I immediately draw up a development plan for each crew, I try to skillfully use promotions to accelerate the development of the crew.

    By the way, I completely forgot to point out that if a crew member is concussed, he will receive 10% less experience per battle. But this is not so serious, and the crew is not knocked out so often. On an elite tank (all modules and the following tanks are open), you can enable accelerated crew pumping, then one of the tankers will receive twice as much experience as a result of the battle.

    You cannot directly buy experience for the crew or transfer it even for money in world of tanks. So I recommend that you treat tankers responsibly from the very beginning of the game, save your crews, immediately choose the right preks for development.

    But please do not take this as a direct recommendation for using paid services wot, otherwise the cost of crews can be serious. If you have already decided to do something with the tankers for gold, then you need to wait for a 50% discount, such promotions are held quite often.

    Penalties

    Experience in the game is not only credited, but also removed. Do not rush to get upset in advance, experience is removed as a penalty for damage to allies. Believe me, random shots at allies are rare, they take a little experience for this, but a significant amount of silver. And those who regularly shoot at their own tanks will still be banned, they don't even care about experience.

    Penalties are imposed only on the experience that you earn in a particular battle. The fines apply to the crew in the event that one of the tankers was wounded during the battle and was not cured before the end of the battle with a first aid kit. Here the penalty is only 10%, so it makes no sense to take this into account in personal calculations.

    Free

    Here it is value, here it is a global experience, free experience. It can be spent on any module, on any tank. This experience is real gold, it is not tied to any tank. I have a separate article on this topic, where everything is described in detail.

    It's no secret that not all tanks are pleasant to play, and in stock (without modules), many vehicles are simply disgusting. So free experience is very valuable and necessary for a comfortable game. It is also earned in battles, but only 5% of the experience goes to the free experience box, this is a very small percentage.

    So in reality, free experience is obtained by transferring experience from elite tanks for gold, that is, for real money. You still can't buy experience, but you don't need to play bad or not very interesting tanks. But you will have to pay for such convenience, and a very impressive amount.

    So for the transfer of 25 units of experience you will have to spend one gold. If we consider each case separately, then the translation of experience is not so expensive. But the situation is aggravated by the fact that there are a lot of tanks in the game, so then you will transfer experience more often and in larger volumes as the levels of tanks increase. So this payable service is the most expensive in the game.

    Short

    To put it simply and clearly, wot experience is required to research tanks and modules for them. It is earned in battles, according to your efficiency. The better you play, the more experience you get. Experience is assigned to the tank that was in battle, a small part of it (5%) is credited as free, which you can spend anywhere.

    So for effective use, free experience is transferred from elite tanks for gold. You can't just buy experience in wot. The crew gets the same experience per battle as the tank. The more experience the crew gets, the more efficiently they will be able to use their tank. It is generally impossible to buy or transfer experience for the crew, which forces us to treat the tankers with care.

    IN online game World of Tanks experience or exp is a special resource that allows you to unlock new tanks and modules. Getting experience in battles, in fact, is one of the foundations of this game. This article will tell you everything you need to know on this topic.

    What is WoT experience, why is it needed and how is it credited?

    Kinds

    As mentioned above, experience is needed in order to upgrade vehicles and their modules. There are four types of it in World of Tanks:

    • Combat - it is individual for each individual tank. When playing on a vehicle, 95% of the experience earned in battle goes only to it, to pump out its modules and the next vehicles in this branch.
    • Free - it can be spent on pumping any tank or module that interests you. It is 5% of the resource received in battle.
    • Crew experience - after a battle, each crew member gets the same amount of experience as the tank itself.
    • Combat experience accumulated on premium tanks and elite vehicles is available for conversion to free for game gold at the rate of 1 unit of gold \u003d 25 units of free experience.

    Accrual principles

    In World of Tanks, in order to earn a lot of experience, you need to perform as many useful actions as possible during the battle. For some of them, more exp is given, for some less. Here full list useful actions:

    • Damage to enemy tanks;
    • Disabling modules and crew members of enemy vehicles, and the higher the level of the enemy vehicle relative to you, the more exp you will receive;
    • Dealing damage to the enemy by your spotlight - you are given 10% of the experience gained by an allied player for the damage he inflicts on the car you spotted;
    • Dealing damage to an enemy standing on a caterpillar shot down by you;
    • Detecting enemy tanks, moreover, for detecting an Art-ACS you will receive 50% more exp;
    • Drowning or pushing enemy tanks;
    • A separate bonus for the destruction of an enemy tank - only to the one who earned a frag;
    • Capturing an enemy base - only for those who are on the capture, the more base points you have, the more experience you get;
    • Breaking a capture from your base - the more capture points you capture, the more experience;
    • An additional bonus if you survived the battle;
    • Active combat - when a large number of shots are fired by enemy tanks near you, a little experience is awarded to you;
    • Total points of damage inflicted on enemy vehicles - have you ever noticed that a very small amount of experience is awarded when you win a quick capture of a base? The reason for this is precisely the influence of this coefficient. Damage is taken into account only for those tanks that were subsequently destroyed. There is also a widespread myth that if you destroy all enemy vehicles, the team will be given a little more experience. This is not true - there is no separate bonus for the very fact of the complete elimination of the enemy team;
    • For a victory you get + 50% to the final experience;
    • If you are defeated for receiving the “Hero of Battle” medal, epic or platoon medal, you will receive a bonus of 50%;
    • A premium account allows you to receive an additional + 50% experience and credits for each battle.

    The fastest ways to earn experience

    In fact, there are not so many tips for boosting farming. You just need to play well, preferably, pull out all the battles; play with a premium account, which will significantly increase your earnings level; also with patch 0.9.9 it became possible to use personal reserves for accelerated pumping of vehicles.

    Every day, all tanks in your hangar have "X2" stars - this means that for the first victory on that day on this vehicle, you will receive a double bonus. Often, during in-game promotions conducted by Wargaming, this coefficient increases to X3, or even to X5.

    How to upgrade the crew faster?

    When you play on premium or elite vehicles, you can transfer all the experience gained by a tank in battle to pumping tankers. To do this, check the box next to the "Accelerated crew training":

    Also, the least pumped crew member, marked with the "Tank Academy" badge (in the picture it is a mechanic, Lieutenant Kozlov), will receive twice as much exp as the rest. Plus, premium vehicles themselves have a 50% bonus to crew experience.

    How do I earn Free XP?

    The amount of free experience in World of Tanks directly depends on the combat one, and you can earn it in any battles. However, if you are willing to invest enough real money into the game, you can transfer it from elite and premium vehicles to free vehicles for game gold. The conversion rate is 25 units of freedom for 1 unit of gold. In this way, playing exclusively on premium cars, you can explore entire branches of technology without having to fight a single battle on them.

    Summing up on this issue, it can be argued that the only way earning as much experience as possible in World of Tanks is very good to play and win, because, say, there are no cheats for it. Drag battles, and pumping vehicles will become a quick and enjoyable experience

    As with any MMO, experience in World of Tanks is of the utmost importance. Only with the help of experience is it possible to move up the "tank ladder". For combat experience, the player can research tank modules or vehicles that are available for research. You can really get combat experience only in battle, killing or highlighting the enemy. However, there are other criteria that affect the total amount of experience earned in battle. We'll talk about why and how experience is awarded in World of Tanks in this article.

    As you know, experience in the "World of Tanks" is divided into two categories: free and combat. The very research of tanks using experience appeared in patch 0.02 at the beginning of the alpha testing of the game. Only a specific tank can be researched with combat experience. At the end of the battle, five percent of the combat experience is transferred to free experience, which can be used to research any combat vehicle in the game.

    With regard to combat experience, it is awarded for the following actions in battle:

    1. Damage to enemy tanks - the class of equipment and the level of the enemy are taken into account. For example, for 2000 damage, a firefly will be given much more experience than a tank destroyer or arte, since the main purpose of a light tank is not to damage the enemy, but to spot enemy positions. Also important is the level of the enemy on which the damage was done. Thus, killing high-level enemies will give you more experience than shooting low-level tanks. Additional experience is also given for destroying tanks, but it is better to inflict 400 damage than to finish off a tank with 5 HP.
    2. There is also a kind of bonus for inflicting critical damage on the enemy. Setting fire to the engine or tanks, crit of the ammunition rack or turret swivel mechanism, caterpillar failure and contusions of crew members are also taken into account when calculating experience.
    3. The initial spotting of the enemy (detection of enemies) counts towards the experience. Moreover, they give more experience for detecting SPGs than for spotting another class of tanks. If the enemies were destroyed or damaged by the spotlight of the tank, then a kind of bonus to experience is given for this - “damage with your help”.
    4. In the last patches, another criterion was introduced, according to which additional experience is also given for pushing / drowning tanks.
    5. Capturing an enemy base or knocking down a capture is "rewarded" with experience.
    6. Additional experience is awarded for active combat operations, worthy resistance, survivability in battle, and medals received. Moreover, for a victory, teams in battle are given the most experience: + 50% of experience for each player.
    7. Many people prefer to finish off opponents, since the more damage the team inflicts, the more experience the winning players will get.

    Many users do not know how WoT experience is awarded. They are often mistaken in the fact that dealing damage to allies can gain experience. On the contrary, for teamkills or damage to allied vehicles, a part of the experience and credits earned will be removed from you in proportion to the damage done. Also, damage is not awarded for non-penetration or ricochets and for receiving damage. There is no bonus in case of defeat or draw. As a consequence, if you want a lot of experience at the end of the fight, you must win.

    However, "World of Tanks" is protected from cheating experience. For example, if you leave the battle and do not enter before it ends, then experience will not be credited as a result. True, this is only if your tank is not destroyed.

    Summing up, we can say that to obtain maximum number experience, you need to destroy enemies, increase damage and, most importantly, win in battle while remaining alive. At the same time, it is advisable to have a premium account, since if you have one, you can get 50% more experience in each battle, regardless of the outcome of the fight.

    Free experience unlike Combat (main), it allows players to research any technique or modules. Due to the fact that Wargaming introduced a single account, from December 12, the free experience of World of Tanks and World of Warplanes became the same for both games. This universal experience will help you to make a top-ranked tank without any problems, open a new branch without investing time and effort in pumping low-tier vehicles, or help you unlock higher-tier vehicles when you “don't bend down” on the previous one or are tired of playing.

    Everyone decides for himself how to use it. Many newbies don't really think about it and mindlessly waste their hard-earned free experience "anywhere".

    How to use free experience rationally?

    There are a couple of tips to help you use it more effectively:
    • - Do not research the next tier tank with Free XP. Why? This is because experience can be useful to us in order to open modules on a new tank in the future (caterpillar, turret, engine, etc., etc.), which will significantly increase the technique in battle. As the saying goes: "It is better to play 5 battles at the top 6 of the level than 10 at the 7th level."
    • - When opening new branch it is advisable to use free experience for researching vehicles of 1-5 levels. In principle, even up to 4 will be good. The fact is that statistics suffer at low levels, and the gameplay, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired.
      Separate advice for pumping a branch. If you are eager to open the legendary French tank of level 5 ELC AMX (tree), in no case do not take to swing at level 4 of the same branch light tank AMX 40 because it's about nothing at all and you only get frustrations. Explore the Christmas tree for a free experience.

    How do I get Free XP?

    After a battle on each tank, 5% of the experience gained by the player is transferred to free. For example, for 1000 combat experience, 50 free experience is credited to your account.
    For players who have extra gold, there is an opportunity to transfer combat experience from elite vehicles to free experience at the rate of 1 gold for 25 experience, although, as for me, it is better to play a couple of extra battles. Premium equipment and a premium account will help us to farm experience well, but this again requires an investment of money.

    How to get free experience for free?

    I would like to remind you that you should not trust scammers in any way to cheat or buy direct free experience. For freebie lovers, there is only one way to get free experience almost for free, and that is to farm it using World of Warplanes on the same game account, where the farming mechanism is similar to tanks. As a result, you will get more experience with fewer battles in World of Tanks. And remember, the higher your combat experience at the end of the battle, the higher the free one.
