But despite the cosmetic changes, creepers generally remain the same mobs they were when they appeared, but ironically, they are overgrown with stories of destructive attitudes not only towards players, but also the game code. The creation of the creeper, in terms of behavior and interaction, has been quite lengthy for developers - they come back to it over and over again. It was planned that other mobs should run away from creepers, but this caused very strange effects on the AI \u200b\u200bbehavior, and the corresponding code was removed. The iron golems, which are supposed to protect the villagers from evil mobs, do not pay attention to the creepers - otherwise, nothing was left of the villages.

Most of these bugs are related to the Java version of Minecraft, but even the last update to Minecraft Pocket Edition came out with a delay because a bug was discovered that caused the creepers to explode even if the player was hiding from them behind the door.

The creeper itself is green with white dots. His eyes are black, and his lips are always lowered, which shows his sadness. The creeper has either two or four legs - it is not clear. On the one hand there are 2 of them (the legs are separated by a black stripe) and on the other there are also 2, but on the other - only two. But, unlike spiders, the creeper is hostile at any time of the day. This is also pretty bad for the players and makes the day unsafe.

Creepers are found everywhere, that is, in all biomes and caves. They will spawn only in the dark, because during the day these green creatures can only roam the surroundings. The creepers notice a player if he is no more than 16 blocks away from them. If you were noticed, then write - it's gone, the daytime hunt for you is guaranteed, for them it is not difficult. It is dangerous to fight with creepers in close combat, as they always want to start the explosion mechanism and demolish everything within a radius of 20 kilometers 5 blocks. The technique of fighting the creepers is as follows: you approach the "walking dynamite", hit it, withdraw. If you do not move away, you will be thrown back by the explosion. When killing a creeper, gunpowder can fall out, up to 2 pieces. The thing is good, it is used to build dynamite and other blocks, however, as a professional rescuer, you must not let him commit suicide, and kill him yourself, they say you cannot spoil the statistics on suicides 🙂 By the way, starting from version 1.8.1, with explosion of the creeper, other mobs will try to escape from it.

1. The creeper may hiss. In this case, you should take a few more steps back in order to reduce the damage from a possible explosion. If the enemy did not explode, then we repeat the procedure again. You can also climb up to a height of 4 blocks above the level of the creeper. Kamikaze will try to reach you and start jumping. When he jumps up, hit him on the head with a sword.
2. No weapon - if you don't have a weapon, then the best option would be to try to lure the enemy into the water and attack the creeper there using tactics with a sword. In general, the same tactic can be applied if you have a sword, because it is almost a safe option for fighting a creeper. Water reduces the amount of damage taken, slows down movement speed and prevents blocks from breaking.
3. Onions - but this is by far the safest option. The main thing is to look around, so that no mob or block would interfere with you.

In battles with a large number of opponents, the creeper can benefit you. You should lead this creature to the very center of the carnage, so that it would be close to other opponents and make it explode. When self-destructing, it will damage everything that is nearby. So if you manage to run away from the angry kamikaze, he will not badly cripple other hostile mobs. You can also set fire to a creeper. In this case, it will simply explode.

But in any battle you need to pay attention to defense. I highly recommend that you take care that the creeper does not approach your home, otherwise it may be damaged. To defend against a creeper, the following tips should be used:

• To minimize the chances of a creeper appearing in your area, you need to illuminate your area. Illuminate everything: roofs, the surrounding area, the interior of the house.
• Pressure plates should not be used in door openers. By stepping on them, the creeper will be able to enter your house. But on the reverse side of the stove, there will be more benefits. After entering the house, the doors will automatically close. If you are using iron doors, I recommend using the button to open the doors.
• Build a wall around the house. If the wall spoils the view, then you can replace it with a fence. The fence has an obvious plus - you will see everything well. Such a fence will help you keep the enemy out of the garden.
• When building a house, it is advisable to use obsidian. It is stronger than other blocks and will withstand explosion more effectively.
• Place cats around the perimeter of the house. Creepers will move away from your home when they see cats.
• Creepers do not inhabit or land. If you are not afraid of the dangers in these worlds, then you can dwell there.
