Just before the anniversary, on April 28, 2015, a bimetallic ten "Official emblem of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Victory" appeared in circulation. The minting was carried out by the St. Petersburg Mint. This is one of three 10-ruble bimetallic coins issued to celebrate the Victory in 2015. The design of the emblem was created by the famous heraldic artist Nikolai Ivanovich Ukolov. On July 12, 2013, at a meeting of the Russian organizing committee "Victory", the drawing was approved as an official emblem.
