Dark souls bonfires. Bonfire and leveling up Bonfire in dark souls 1

  • 01.12.2021

The topic is interesting and challenging. Ok. Good luck. Especially with our
a gilded couple. After all, in fact, you have to go through without the help of phantoms
(not restoring humanity) and heavy armor.

Are you going to pass the DLC too?

It will surely be a pain. Because the scaling of weapons from skills loses
meaning. The base damage is important in this case. Well, without the Havel Ring and Protection
and support in any way.

it is not known whether we will reach, but the attempt is not torture (it is true to the dark it is not
treat) you need to find a suitable weapon (knocking out is not suitable since
undead will not be practically refreshed. there will be no mobs in the prince
. yes dlts hardly in general in the next series it will already be clear what to do and
we can do it in general.))))

On a set-top box or on a PC? Better PC, tk. one hundred percent rehearsals will be required.
The engine and mobs are unstable and sometimes throw those miracles on turns.
Before training, copy the save to another folder, if you screw it up - paste it
back)
Have you already figured out the route? Will you summon a wyvern or you will walk through the forest to
elevator in the cathedral?
I suggest making the first circle through the valley to the shortcut. Immediately hook there
a shield for 100 and a ring with a red stone behind the drakes. Climbing through the forest
capture the herbal shield, open the prisoner in the cathedral and steal the soul of the firekeeper.
Why is farming not suitable? Nobody interferes, and in this case everything even
helps to move the horses safely - and voila, the undead are back in their places.
The main thing is to pick up then already stuffed humanity) Otherwise, there will be no souls
enough for the required amount of grass.
Or is Lautrec confused? So slap him, keep at least one fire for yourself. So
you will have to run from end to end for hours. And here is some kind of benchmark
the point in the middle of the world will be.
Do not step on the bridge from any side, do not summon a wyvern. Do not miss
lizards in the forest and in front of the calf behind the barrel. Apparently as an experienced player you know
that, while the boss of the territory is alive, 10-15 cut soldiers in this location give
+1 humanity counter. Ten is needed to farm 200, this is a good chance
knock out a rare light blade in the ruins of New Londo. Although balder
okay, though it's a bit heavy. But even with him at +5 it will already be possible to visit
to Havel.

Thank you for coming back!) Your videos were really not enough! Cool idea about
challenge. In general, it is really possible to pass. The same famous in English-speaking circles
Speedrunner Lobos ran Dark Souls without leveling up and without bonfires. But
it should be noted that I died more than once - but not much. You can check it - that's enough
a lot of chips are shown - especially in the fight against bosses without losing hp ...
P.S. Ofc everything has already been decided ... But. The protagonist in the challenge knows (or
guesses) about the fire system, their connection with the curse, etc. But he
chosen one! He can die as much as he wants! Until the idea leaves him and
disappointment will come! The same blacksmith Vamos is busy up to his throat - he is already
dead, but not hollow - but in complete sanity. Unlike a whiner
near the fire in the Temple of Fire. In YG's case, devastation comes like me
I understand when the player himself thinks "well, *** this game !!!" : D. Maybe all the same
not worth playing until the first death? Use the first fire (GG it is not
nourishes - it is nourished by the Keeper - and do not kill her ... and so the aunt
suffered ... - although considering that she is upset in case of her
resurrection - you can kill). Die until it "loses its meaning" in
any sense). All the same, it is more suitable for the history of the GG. Nowhere is it said and
no hints are given that if the GG dies once again, then the world will become worse (if
ofc respawn around bonfires fueled exclusively by the Guardians
fire - so you need to be friends with them - ... not counting the keeper
Gwindolina ...) ... What is your opinion?

Vitaliy “Nemezzia” Stupnitskiy

Any spears are best suited for survival IMHO - you can also use a spear
buy from the first merchant ...
A couple of thoughts on the video: 1) Saha Erema - don't get it wrong - but in the plot
as if you understand better than at the moment of the first passage (not - you and
there was cool in this - when I saw it for the first time - ofigel, in a good way) -
If earlier questions could have arisen, now everything is just on the shelves
you place. 2) Havela explained just great - truly - the answer is
was simple - before this video I had no idea why he was sitting there (I thought
maybe Gwynne was angry about something - at least what was in his basement, if it was
his basement, did a club enchanted with the damage of secrets?). 3) about the pier
The undead's refuge is not a dwelling for the undead. You w in the first playthrough like
explained that even in English - Undead Asylum - not a refuge, but literally
- a psychiatric hospital for the undead. 4) don't know why - but not sure about the theory of insurrection
undead, the subsequent killing of the Keepers of the Fire and the invention (?) of flasks with
Estus. IMHO you just need to accept that - there is a piece of soul in every flask
Guardians (and her soul, though a swarm of humanity, is not just a tangle
humanity - but truly unique in its soul). And they were created with
with the help of the Guardians themselves. Although at the same time your theory is partly for mine
fits. Because most likely, a flask was created on the basis of the killed
Guardians - "and after death you are faithful to the fire." I think you just need to accept
these 2 theses on the flask and hammer on what the circumstances were when creating
flasks ... thesis 1 - each flask contains a piece of the Guardian's soul; thesis 2 -
was created rather from the dead Guardian and probably with the help of
some secret local ritual ... (about which we also don't give a shit
know).
and 5) it was not necessary to call GG "Chosen" but "Chosen Dead" - just
I remembered "Oaooh .... Chosen Undead ....": DDD ...
Litter if that for spam text.
P.S. He asked me to write about the Guardians - I don't know how to count - but my sister
Quileg - the Beautiful Lady - has the soul of the Keeper of Fire. Truth
initially, the fire near her was extinguished - i.e. to rest near him - his
need to be ignited - however, after the murder of the Beautiful Lady, the fire goes out - and
the soul of the Keeper of Fire falls from her accordingly. Wrong kind
Keeper - although considering that she was messing around with the Plaguebringer
city .... Or rather, just Comrade Kirk gave her a bunch of humanity that
more likely - that is why her soul is also full of humanity - that is, became similar
the soul of the Guardian. However, she ... feeds the fire! ... after ignition current
hike. Because I repeat - if we kill her, the fire goes out. There is a connection.

Sergey Busygin

Glad you're back !! Maybe for the development of the channel for you with "Pixel World"
chat? I don't know their terms, but I think high-quality videos will attract
of people.)

Vitaliy “Nemezzia” Stupnitskiy

Sadly, with the first level, quite a few weapons can be used.
I list the most worthy in my opinion: 1) long sword - sold by
Andre, can drop from hollow soldiers at the beginning (for those who wear it); on my
look is the most versatile, easy-to-find and excellent weapon in PvE.
I recommend - I went with him myself at the beginning.
2) spear - sold by the first merchant and Undead Burg, can also drop
with hollow soldiers armed with a spear. And Saha Erema - it fits the stats -
11 strength, 10 agility; when you have 11 strength and dexterity. In general, in my opinion
a spear is the most save option.
3) not the best choice in my opinion, but can be used: hatchet and club
- can be bought from the first merchant; both have a drawback - if you smear
with a blow for half a second, the GG stands and dulls in place - for this they can drag in. That
the same concerns other similar small clubs and morgenstern (he generally
terrible), which is in the cache under the elevator in the Temple of Fire.
All of the listed weapons are suitable for the stats of the first level. IMHO the best
the weapon is either a long sword or a spear - to your taste. The long sword itself used to be
I used it - I liked it very much, I rarely used the spear - so I can't 100%
say that it is unrealistically steep (the spears are steep in length, no doubt about it - but
this spear has the smallest radius if I am not mistaken). Plus a spear -
saves - it hits longer than a long sword, it is possible to hit it from under
shield, i.e. holding a block and hitting with a spear at the same time, really endurance
removed with such blows more.
Best Shields: Triangle Shield - the lightest, sold by the first merchant,
stability 55 (max 66); Tower shield - prod. Andre, stability 58,
heavier than a triangular shield; The shield with the emblem can later be used too
(res. magic). All these shields have 100% res. physical damage.
You can also use a light crossbow; I think even a pyromancer's glove is obligatory
since OP.
Weapons can be enchanted first with lightning - then, at will, with fire, or
even chaos.
I hope I helped something ...

Bonfires in Dark Souls 3 Are a kind of last bastions of life in a dying game world. Near them, the player can calmly rest, save, replenish the inventory with some items, heal and get rid of the poisoning. And with the help of some of them, you can teleport between distant locations.

Also, bonfires have a downside - after the player has used all their capabilities - previously killed hostile creatures are revived again. This rule applies to all except bosses and playable characters, as well as mini-bosses. The level of a bonfire in Dark Souls 3 is determined by the number of estus flasks that can be obtained through it. The level can be increased under certain conditions, there are 5 of them in total:

  1. This is an extinct fire. It can be restored on first use.
  2. Bonfires of this level are most common in the game. They refill 5 estus flasks.
  3. The third level (in the game it is the second) already replenishes 10 flasks. By default, one bonfire of this level is located in the Fire Temple. If you kill the maid at the temple, then the fire will go out.
  4. At this level, you get 15 flasks. You can raise any bonfire in the game to this level, but you need to have an item of the Kindling rite.
  5. 20 flasks, raised with the same Kindle rite.

Bonfires in Dark Souls 3

There are only 27 main fires in the game (sometimes a few more secondary fires depart from the main fires):

Northern Sanctuary of the Undead - 5 Estus Flasks, 2 Bonfires.

  1. Fire Temple. Gives 10 Flasks of Estus. There is only 1 bonfire in this location
  2. Altar of Fire. Refills 10-20 Estus Flasks (level dependent). 1 bonfire per location.
  3. Abyss. Refills 5 Estus Flasks. 1 bonfire.
  4. City of Undead. Refills 5 Estus Flasks. 1 bonfire per location.
  5. Undead County. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 2 bonfires per location.
  6. Garden of Dark Roots. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  7. Darkroot Lake. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  8. Depths. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 bonfire per location.
  9. Plague City. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 2 bonfires per location.
  10. Cavity. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  11. Ash Lake. Refills 5 estus flasks, 2 bonfires per location.
  12. Possession of Quileg. Refills 10 estus flasks, 1 bonfire per location.
  13. Demon Ruins. Refills 5 estus flasks, 3 bonfires per location.
  14. Forgotten Izalit. Refills 5 estus flasks, 3 bonfires per location.
  15. Fortress Saint. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 bonfire per location.
  16. Anor Londo. Refills 10 estus flasks at 1 campfire, and 5 more flasks at 3 bonfires.
  17. The painted world of Ariamis. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  18. The Duke's Archives. Refills 5 estus flasks, 3 bonfires per location.
  19. Crystal Grotto. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  20. Catacombs. Refills 5 estus flasks, 2 bonfires per location.
  21. Crypt of the Giants. Refills 5 estus flasks, 3 bonfires per location.
  22. Sacred Garden. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  23. Sanctuary of Olachil. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  24. The village of Olachil. Refills 5 Estus Flasks, 1 Bonfire per location.
  25. Gorge of the Abyss. Refills 5 estus flasks, 2 bonfires per location.

Bonfire (English Bonfire) Is an element of the basic mechanics of Dark Souls II. It is a safe place where the undead roaming Dranglik can rest and replenish their strength.
The bonfire system was carried over to Dark Souls II from the first part of the game, but there were also significant changes to the mechanics that were in Dark Souls.

Location

Bonfires are scattered throughout Dranglik. They are found in almost all locations, with the exception of memories, as well as small-sized locations. There are 77 bonfires in total, including DLC, and the number of bonfires in a particular location can vary, ranging from 1 bonfire to 5 bonfires.

The detailed location of all campfires is described in this article.

Usage

  • Having found an extinguished fire, approach it and select the action button - "kindle".
  • After that, it will be possible to choose a new action - "relax by the fire".
  • Rest by the fire replenishes all empty estus flasks, restores spell charges, repairs equipment (except for completely broken ones), and also completely heals the character and removes negative effects (poisoning, curse, bleeding). Rest also restores all enemies in locations, with the exception of non-respawning mini-bosses and bosses.
  • Due to the lack of a system of habitual saving in the game, the bonfire serves as a control point from which, in the event of death, the player starts the game. To maintain progress, it is enough to simply light a fire without resting with it. At the same time, the fact that the player appeared at this checkpoint does not cancel death itself and all the effects associated with it (loss of souls, human form, accounting in statistics).
  • In Dark Souls II, from the very beginning, the player can take advantage of a number of advantages that in the first part of the game were available only after completing a certain part of the story or purchasing certain items:
    • the player can store things and rid the inventory of unnecessary or unused items. To do this, while relaxing by the fire, select the "item box" function. The number of identical items cannot exceed 198 (99 in the box, 99 in your inventory).
    • fast movement between lighted bonfires.
  • The next innovation related to the bonfire is the addition of a new element of the gameplay - a torch that can be lit from a bonfire. To do this, just go to the fire and press the "switch" button instead of the "rest by the fire" button (by default N on the keyboard), then the "light the torch" action button.
  • Only by the fire can you add the scrolls of spells that you want to use in the game to the slots. To do this, you need to sit by the fire and choose the "compose spells" action.
  • The bonfire in Dark Souls II, unlike Dark Souls, does not play any role in increasing the level of the character. Now a special character is responsible for leveling up - the Emerald Herald.

Campfire levels

  • Unlike in the first part of the game, the number of flasks with estus now does not depend on how much the fire is lit. Therefore, the level system of bonfires looks completely different: the level of a bonfire shows the difficulty of the game as a whole or of a separate zone in particular.
  • Killing the final boss allows you to move on to a more difficult stage of the game and go through it again with strengthened enemies and bosses, as well as get new things that are not available on the first playthrough. With each such passage and the transition to NG +, the level of the fire rises by 1. The transition to NG + can be done by only by the "Distant Fire" bonfire in Majul, choosing the "Start path no. ... to Dranglik" item.
  • A special item has been added to the game - Enmity Coal, the burning of which in a certain bonfire also increases its level by 1: the location zone for which this bonfire is responsible (until the next bonfire) is strengthened, and changes occur in it that would occur when switching to NG + (new enemies appear, all monsters and bosses are reborn, access to new items opens), with a number of exceptions (for example, when burning coal, phantoms knight Faraam and dim cleric do not appear - pure NG + is required).
  • The maximum bonfire level is 99, but the actual maximum difficulty level in the location is 8. That is, you can burn 99 coals in a certain bonfire, and the bonfire level will also reach 99, but the maximum level of enemy enhancement will not exceed 8.

Combustion

While you are resting by the fire, you have the opportunity to burn some things in the fire by selecting the appropriate action ("burning") in the fire menu. You can burn three items:

  • Coal of Hate - the action is described above.
  • Human figure - burning is carried out to disable all multiplayer features of the game (none of the players will invade, none of the players can be summoned (except for NPCs), but you can still leave your call signs (Including invasion signs left by the Red Chalk ), but Cracked Red Eye and Cracked Blue Eye will no longer be available.) The effect lasts for half an hour after burning (you need to be in the location where the figure was burned all this time, but the timer will stop if you leave the territory).
  • Refined Bone Ashes - Can be burned in Far Fire in Majula to empower the Estus Flask (increase the amount of health restored by each Flask).

Notes (edit)

  • If your world is invaded or enemies are nearby, you will not be able to rest by the fire, but you can light it in these cases.
  • After speaking with Queen Nashandra at Dranglik Castle, by selecting the move function by the fire, you will be able to see the images of all bonfires that are in the game. At the same time, bonfires that you did not light will appear darkened without the possibility of moving to them, and they will not have a specific name, like the location in which they are located. Instead, there will be question marks.
  • There is a special test - to complete the game without resting by the fires. Completing it after the end credits will earn you the Illusionary Ring of Exaltation.

Where to find Burning Bone Shards scattered around the world of Dark Souls 3 and how to use them

Burning Bone Shard- a collectible in Dark souls 3 which allows you to increase the power Estus Flask.

In total, there are ten of these fragments scattered around the world of the game: to find some, you will have to seriously try, while others will lie almost in plain sight. This guide will not only help you get the achievement Ultimate Bonfire, which relies on collecting and using all ten shards, but also tells you exactly what effect they have on the healing abilities of the already mentioned flask.

How to Use Burning Bone Pieces and What They Affect

  • If you have at least one burning bone shard in your inventory, burn it in the bonfire on the territory Firelink Shrine to increase the potency of the healing drink.
  • The shard can also be exchanged with Chick (Pickle-Pee, Pump-a-Rum Crow) in the Temple of Fire on a shield in the form pork snout (Porcine Shield)... Doing this, however, is not recommended due to the deplorable characteristics of the latter.
  • If you missed one of the shards, then fill the gap and get the achievement during the next playthrough ( "New game +").
  • The power of a flask with estus (the number of health points restored in one sip) at different levels of improvement:

    • Zero level - 250 units (300)
    • +1 - 335 units (402)
    • +2 - 410 units (492)
    • +3 - 470 units (564)
    • +4 - 515 units (618)
    • +5 - 535 units (642)
    • +6 - 550 units (660)
    • +7 - 565 units (678)
    • +8 - 580 units (696)
    • +9 - 590 units (708)
    • The maximum level is 600 units (720)

The number in brackets reflects the effectiveness of the flask when used. estus rings(read about where to find it here).

The location of the burning bone shards

    №1

    • Location: Undead Settlement
    • Nearest bonfire: Dilapidated Bridge

Where to find: From the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire, proceed to the cemetery. If you did not have time to make friends with giant archer(or kill him) on the opposite side of the settlement, then be prepared for "shelling". The shard is located on the edge of a rickety platform to the right of the white birch, which the giant protects.

    №2

    • Location: Cathedral of the Deep
    • Nearest bonfire: Cleansing Chapel

Where to find: to get directly to the Temple of the Deep, you have to go through a large cemetery, where there is another white birch (guarded by the same giant archer). Not far from it, on a tombstone hanging from a cliff, a necessary item is waiting for you.

    №3

    • Location: Farron Keep
    • Nearest bonfire: Keep Ruins

Where to find: From the "Ruins of the Citadel" bonfire, go down to the massive gate and turn right. In front of you there will be a small turret with a crowd of giant leeches inside. Kill them and pick up the coveted shard.

    №4

    • Location: Catacombs of Carthus
    • Nearest bonfire: Abyss Watchers

Composite image of a skeleton with a hat

Where to find: From the "Guardians of the Abyss" bonfire, proceed to the large staircase, along which a huge bone ball rolls back and forth. To get hold of another burning bone shard, kill the skeleton in the stupid hat standing to the right of the entrance to the next corridor, and the makeshift boulder will fall apart, leaving behind your trophy.

    №5

    • Location: Smouldering Lake
    • Nearest bonfire: Abandoned Tomb

One way to kill the earthworm Karthus

Where to find: the next shard is awarded for killing a giant earthworm Carthus Sandworm living in a smoldering lake. If you are not sure that you can defeat a monster in a fair fight, then shoot it from afar with a bow (ledge near the fire Demon Ruins great for this purpose) or let the giant ballista do it (see video attached above).

    №6

    • Location: "Smoldering Lake"
    • Nearest bonfire: Demon Ruins

Where to find: from the "Demon Ruins" bonfire, proceed to the corridor with two Demon Cleric... Having dealt with the enemies, go down the stairs to the spacious hall (there you will find a couple of the same monsters), decorated with statues of demons from the original Dark souls... At the far left end of the room there is a coveted shard, but do not rush to pick it up: first, deal with the smoldering lurking on the ceiling slime.

    №7

    • Location: Irithyll of the Boreal Valley
    • Nearest bonfire: Church of Yorshka

Where to find: From the campfire in Yorshki church, go down the stairs leading to the cemetery and, when you reach the fork, turn right. Another shard will be waiting for you behind a large tombstone, in front of which the red-eyed is praying demon raven (Corvian).

    №8

    • Location: Profaned Capital
    • Nearest bonfire: "Defiled Capital"

Where to find: After reaching the Defiled Capital bonfire, pick up the item you want from the nearby corpse Laddersmith Gilligan from Dark souls 2.

    №9

    • Location: Lothric Castle
    • Nearest bonfire: Dragon Barracks

Where to find: The next shard is under a bridge guarded by two fire-breathing wyverns near the Dragon Barracks bonfire. After killing monsters (more precisely, even one of them - the second will expire automatically) from afar, jump to the platform at the far end of the passage and pick up the trophy from the corpse.

    №10

    • Location: "Great Archive"(Grand Archives)
    • Nearest bonfire: "Great Archive"

Where to find: the last burning bone shard in the game is located on the top floor of the archive - above the room where you could find the ashes Orbeck of Vinheim... To get to the upper tier, get out on the roof of the building and turn left at the fork near the two crystal lizards (see screenshot above).

Follow the wall to the duo of gargoyles. Having dealt with them or after running past, "dive" into the broken archive window and kill the local scientist. Pick up the coveted shard from the corpse nearby.

After all ten burning bone shards have been burned in a proper bonfire, you will receive a well-deserved achievement.

The game starts at a location Northern sanctuary Undead(Northern Undead Asylum), we select the key and open the door, we run, we kill the hollow on the way, go up the stairs and see the fire, and behind it the arena with the boss, but we do not fight with him, but we run through the open door on the left, select the weapon depending on from the class you are playing. Next, we kill the archer and go through the fog, then we see a staircase (here you need to be careful), when you try to climb the stairs, a cobblestone will roll on us, which can kill (as soon as you see a cobblestone, immediately roll to the right), then we go back and see that that the cobblestone broke the wall, and behind it the warrior - talk to him (he will give you bottles with estus) or kill him and take the bombs (with them it is easier to kill the first boss). Well, we go out through the fog to the boss, jump on him and press the blow, you will inflict a strong blow on him and demolish half of the HP (depending on the weapon), then we try to run behind the demon's back and hit, it is very dangerous in front - he waves his demonic hammer throughout the arena. Having won, get the key, open the gate and run in a straight line to the cliff.

Arriving at the location Fire temple(Firelink Shrine), you will find a knight who indirectly explains your goals. Also, there is a miracle trader - Anastasia, she is behind the bars just below the seated knight on the road. She can be strengthened Flask with Estus if you bring her the soul of the Keeper of Fire. Also, for humanity, in addition to acquiring a human form, you can pump fires, which will replenish up to 10 flasks (if you get the "rite of ignition" thing, you can improve up to 15-20 flasks). To do this, in human form, use humanity while relaxing by the fire, but this improvement will only apply to the selected fire. The bonfire in the Temple of Fire is recommended to be strengthened to the maximum, since there are a lot of long and dangerous roads from this place.

After examining the location, take the sword and shield (they have excellent characteristics for the start of the game). They are behind Anastasia, take the elevator down (you will need Master key). Next, exit it and go through the gate, which is on the right. After that, cross the bridge, turn left, where the dragon sleeps. Walk carefully - don't wake him up. Right behind him, take from the corpses Astor Straight Sword(Astora's Straight Sword) and Dragon Shield(Dragon crest shield). You will most likely die, but the items you pick up will stay with you.

City of Undead - First Difficulties

Well, let's head to our first location - City of Undead(Undead Burg), this is up along the cliff, on the way you will meet the undead, but they are not so strong. Climb the stairs (under the stairs you can find a ring, but it is of little use) and enter the tunnel, deal with the rat, then exit the tunnel through the passage. Here you will be met by a couple of enemies, and behind them you will already see a passage through the fog, but do not rush to go there. First, break the barrels, jump down and examine the lower part. Further we pass into the fog, a dragon will fly by, there will be more hollow ones, on the right you will see two hollow spearmen, there, if you break the barrels and go down, there will be a merchant, be sure to buy a bow from him, it will come in handy in the future.

Go to the left from the merchant, there, after you climb the vertical stairs, you will need to jump from the roof into the opening in the house, here you can find Light crossbow(Light Crossbow), after that go back where you left to the two hollow spearmen, from the tower from where the crossbowman fired, there is a door at the bottom - there you can take Knight's shield(Knight Shield). There is a bonfire nearby, activate it and take a break. From the fire we go to the left through the passage, bombs will be thrown at you from above (bombardiers can be killed from a bow or just run past). Go through the room after the bridge (into which the bombs fall) and go up the stairs - there will be three more enemies and a closed door, if you open it, there will be Golden resin(if applied to a weapon, electricity damage will be added, it will help in battles with bosses or strong enemies (if they do not have immunity to lightning). Clear the area from all the undead, then go up the tower.
Carefully! A barrel will roll at you from the stairs, jump off the steps.
At the bottom you can find Black knight- he is strong at the beginning of the game, but you can kill him if you climb the vertical stairs to the roof and from there either throw bombs or shoot from a bow. Well, if you are a magician or pyromancer, you will not have any problems. It will often drop a weapon. Right behind where he stood there will be Ring with blue stone(Blue Tearstone Ring), which increases protection at low HP. After picking up the ring, go up to the tower again, from where the barrel was rolled onto you. Climb to the very top of the tower.

In fact, the boss itself is not difficult, his dogs and a small room add to the difficulties in battle. It all comes down to the fact that you need to run up the stairs to the left. Once at the top, kill the dogs and then jump on the boss and kill him. He alone is not terrible, just do not fall under the blow that he inflicts with both hands. By defeating him, you will receive the key from Depths... This is from the boss, down and to the left, there will be a locked door, there are also steps up, if you go there, you will find yourself in a long tunnel and open a gate in it, this will be a short way to Fire Temple... Nearby you will find a woman merchant, you can buy various antidotes and herbs from her.

Darkroot Garden - Moonlight Butterfly

Now we can afford to go to different locations, and in Depths, and in Dark Root Garden... But let's first go into the forest, it's not far from the blacksmith, we go down, there you will be met Titanite Demon, falls from it titanite... He's not so scary, shoots electricity, waves his cleaver and jumps up, in general, nothing special, if you want, run past him, he is very slow. Going out into the garden, you will be greeted by trees, they are not scary, just do not stand next to them, otherwise they will put a curse on you, then we go and come to the luminous gate, next to the wall, hit it. There will be a bonfire. If you have 20,000 souls, buy the key from the blacksmith - this is the leveling zone. Open the gate and lure enemies, then run back to the gate, there are steps next to it, but you need to go behind them from the right. All the enemies you lured will fall in this place, in a couple of minutes you will have 10,000 souls. You also need to go through the passage to the right of the glowing gate, there will be more trees and giant knights, they are very slow, but they can slow you down a lot if you come close to them. There is a secret - spinning tree, hit it, and a secret passage will open, there you can find Wolf ring... To the right is a corpse on which you can find Elite Knight Set, but be careful, there are trees in the ground and plus to them - giants. Further into the depths there will still be a giant and an ascent upward. This is the path to the boss.

The boss is very handsome and weak, he will fly and shoot magic, sometimes in small flashes, then in large ones. The only dangerous one is the beam, roll over so as not to get hit by it. If you are a magician or have bombs, then the fight will be short. Otherwise, wait for her to sit on the flower, at that moment start hitting her. Also, for help, you can call - Witch Beatrice, she is in the bushes under the stairs. When you kill the butterfly, go further and go upstairs, there you will take the ember for the blacksmith and the key.

Northern Sanctuary of the Undead - Rusty Iron Ring

After killing a butterfly, you can go kill hydra, but for this you need to return to the starting location and take a ring there for fast movement on water or other uneven surfaces. Come back to Fire temple, take the elevator up, but not all the way. Having risen a little, jump down, we pass to the right and jump onto the beam, further up the stairs, do not forget the key from the grate. Next, approach the nest and sit down, you will have to wait a little, after a while the crow will take you to Northern sanctuary Undead... Enemies here have become stronger, do not run at them headlong, lure them out one by one. Run to the hall where you fought the first boss. If you stand in the center, you will fall to the boss - he is much more difficult than his brother, and after the fall you will have little health - it is not necessary to defeat him. If you don’t fight the boss, we run into the hall through the door on the right, there will be a knight, we kill him, then you will meet the knight who was at the beginning, but now he will attack you. By killing him, you will receive Shield with emblem... Climb the stairs opposite, with it a stone will be thrown on you again. Dodge him, and then deal with the hollow, then go further past the place where you jumped to the boss. Kill two hollows and take Rusty iron ring, it will allow you to navigate uneven surfaces.

One of them is fat and slow with a huge sledgehammer, and the other is thin and fast with an electric spear. If you are with a phantom, then it seems that the battle is not so difficult, but for one it is not so easy, when one of the bosses dies, the other will acquire his abilities. It is better to kill a thin one, a fat opponent is slower and easier to handle. As you kill, get a ring, at the end of the hall, go up the screw elevator, activate a fire there. Talk to the princess nearby, she will give you The great chalice, it must be placed on a pedestal. It's in Fire Temple, jump down near the snake's head. After that, all the passages will open into a yellow fog, this is somewhere in the catacombs, when to go to Nito, in ruins and in the archives, if you've seen them before. Also, you can kill the princess and the day will change to night, from the fire near the princess go down to the hall, go out there a couple of new warriors, then from the hall to the street, down the stairs and take the lift down to the fire. There was a monument behind the fire, now it is gone, go downstairs, go through the fog to the boss -.

The Virgo will shoot magic: sometimes with small charges, you can hide from them behind the columns along the edges, then large ones, from which you can only dodge. Run not straight, but diagonally, it is better to dress easily for fast movement, after overtaking her, attack, and so on until you win.

The painted world of Ariamis

We go to the hall where the picture is, there will be killers, try to lure them out one by one. If the chandelier was cut down, pick up Great weapon of magic, and on the corpse near the picture - Black Iron Set, if the doll is with you, go to the picture (you cannot leave the location until you finish the quest). There is a bonfire right at the beginning of the location. We go from the fire, the gates are closed, we go around (the path is hollow), there will be a platform, we go not to the stairs where the archer stood, but to the left. There we go upstairs, as you go up, a pair of winged demons will fly in, when they are preparing to jump, run back or dodge to the side, otherwise they will jump and kill you. Jump down to the balcony and pick up Dried toe we jump down and go further, there will be some fingers, they shoot fire, when you kill them, they can hang a toxin on you. Go through the bridge, there is an archer and these fiery fingers. Here, cut down the corpse, go up to the ceiling, there we jump over to the corpse and go down the vertical stairs. Take in the chest Guardian Painter Set... After that we leave, the bridge and the tower are visible to the left. A dragon will fly to the bridge, the same as it was in the valley of dragons, where they took the sword. If you kill him, you get Bloody shield, if you run to the end of the bridge, then there is a petrified dragon, hit him in a jump and open the road. If you jump down from the bridge, then we get directly to the boss. We go down, in the tower we go out to phalanx, they are slow and kill well, right behind them we open the gate to the fire. If you are in the form of a man, then you leave from the fire directly into the gate, and there will be a cemetery on the right, examine. A phantom will invade this place Yellow-skinned King Jeremiah, kill and get it Spiked whip... When you leave this location where the boss is, take him Yellowskin Set... From the fire we go to the left building, go up and cut down the corpse on the rope, we go down back and to the left, there will be a vertical staircase down to the basement. There are very dangerous opponents here - Skeleton wheel, they need to be lured out one by one, so do not rush. A corpse is visible in the hall, near it is a lever, you need to open a large gate in the tower to the boss. Next to the corpse, knock on the wall, and a passage will open, so as not to get lost, do not break all the passages at once. If you go straight and turn into the first opening to the left, then there will be an exit to the street through the well, we go to the second, to the left, and then to the right. Climb up, kill hollow and take Fiery jet... Now we break the first opening from the hall, where we entered, there will be a key to the neighboring building. You can go out through the well to the street. We go into the adjacent building. Open the door, go straight, kill the hollows, go downstairs and pick up the dark coal. Going back, as you came out here, break the boards, and there on the corpse there will be Rapier Welkie... If you want, go up the stairs, here you will be bombarded by a hollow. Exit to the tower, there on the corpse Velky Black Set for the cleric. Next we go to the boss, there will be a hollow and a knight.

Go through the fog, right behind him is waiting for you - you can talk to her and leave the location without a fight. If you get involved in a battle, then it will disappear and will be invisible. Look at the snow, you can see traces on it, so you can track its movement. To make it visible, you need to inflict two or three strong blows. If you manage to chop off her tail, you get Dagger of Priscilla. After the victory, climb the steps and leave the location.

Catacombs

To get into Catacombs, go down the trail to Fire Temple... Exit to the skeletal graveyard. To kill skeletons, you need a heavenly weapon, who does not have - you need to kill the necromancers who resurrect them. Explore the cemetery, and pick up from the corpses Winged spear and Two-handed sword... There are also binoculars here, maybe they will be useful to someone. Then we go down the stairs along the mountain and enter the catacombs. Here, in addition to skeletons, exploding heads and statues-traps fly. We go down the vertical stairs down and to the left (there is a group of skeletons in the opening), we reach the iron door, it is closed, we dive into the opening in the wall, there will be a fire and the first necromancer on the left. They shoot with fire, but are easily killed. Here turn the lever and open the door. Enter the door, kill the necromancer, he is in the building next to the waterfall, he will be visible from here. We go into the building, kill the skeletons, in the right room Lucerne hammer, further, where the archer is, to the right and go out to the bridge, it must be turned over, we go to the right and activate the lever. As you go to the bridge, a necromancer will be seen in the tunnel. As you pass, there will be a room on the right, there you will fall down, there is titanite (guarded by snakes).

Exit the stairs again to the bridge, we pass further, and there is a spiral staircase down, here is another necromancer. As activated, go back a little and go into the opened passage, we see a bridge and a passage into the fog. We go back along the cliff, hit the wall near the statue, there is a fire. We go back from the fire, but not to the bridge, but into the opening from where we came out, we go down the circular staircase to the very end, there is still a corpse visible, we need to jump to the very bottom in order to find the blacksmith Vamosa, he will then break through the wall in the mountain, and you will be able to go to him in a short and simple way. We leave from the blacksmith into the broken opening, there will be many skeletal wheels, so do not rush. You can here from the blacksmith to the right and run directly to the boss -.

Jump down, the boss teleports from place to place and creates copies of himself that attack with magic projectiles. The True Vortex also carries out such attacks. At first, he will create 2 copies of himself, but during the battle he will make 6-8 copies. After killing, get Rite of Incineration- increases the level of the bonfire for humanity. Climb up the vertical stairs at the end and enter Crypt of the Giants.

Crypt of the Giants

A very dark location, the light in which is visible only from lava in the distance (this Demon Ruins) and glowing stones. On the way to the boss (from where you can see Ash Lake) still comes in daylight. If you have a spell or item that gives light, this won't be a problem. We go to the first light, then another one is visible directly, turn right from it and cross the gully across the abyss, then there will be a giant skeleton, as you kill him, move straight, but slowly, you come to the edge. Carefully look down, a corpse will be visible, there will be a skeleton next to it, lure it out of there, and then jump to the corpse. Below there will be another corpse, jump there, you will see a good light, to the left there is a ladder to the fire, there is still a man who will push you into the pit.

Activate the fire, from the fire along the vertical stairs and there is a man on the left, approach him and talk to him. He will ask you to look down, and then he will push you. Pick up at the bottom Skull Lantern on the corpses and take it in your hand, it is not convenient that during a fight you have to remove it, choosing a weapon or a shield. There will be pillars of skeletons, you will also meet Rhea of Thorolund, it took place in our main camp with two escorts. Talk to her, and then save her by killing the escorts. Further, we rise along the vertical stairs, open the secret wall and go to the right to the one that pushed us into Patchwork... Talk to him and then kill, you will receive humanity and an ax. We go back past the fire, from where we came out of the pit, and we come to the tomb, you can climb up along it, there will be an archer and a skeleton with a sword. Further along the vertical stairs, here you can pick up things or souls from corpses. But we jump down into the tomb (into the hatch). There are a bunch of skeletons, but if you need coal, you have to kill everyone, after that you can pick up the coal. We go further, from the fire to the left, be careful here (there will be skeletons, giant dogs), from here you will see the fog, if you look down near it to the left, there is a fire. We pass into the fog, at once, perhaps, a knight will come running, and the archer will also shoot. After the archer, we go down, there will be a small area, go to the right and pick up the shield on the corpse. We go to the tier below to the left there will be a fire, and if to the right, there will be a road to the boss. As we leave the fire, a corpse is visible, on it Ring with a silver snake - gives an increase of 20% to the received souls. After that we go higher, where the archer was. We go from the fire below, carefully, there are skeletal dogs, as you enter the tunnel, beat the snake, and if you are in the form of a human and did not kill the boss, a phantom will invade Paladin Leroy after killing, get his shield and weapons. We run further, we will go out to the magicians, shooting balls, at the top there will be a passage to the boss -.

Outwardly, it looks like a large skeleton, covered with smaller skeletons. As you fall, do not run around the arena, but stand here, first a couple of three skeletons will come running. Kill them with divine weapons so that they do not resurrect, and one Nito is no longer so dangerous. When he lets out a cry, he hits the ground, after which swords will stick out of the ground, they can hang the toxin. He also makes an explosion, run back, and then hit him, do not run to the other end of the hall, there will be skeletons that will only add to the hassle. Kill, light a fire here and pick up Paladin Set.

The Duke's Archives and the Crystal Grotto

We move to the fire in Anor Londo, in the square to the left, past the guards. We go along the earthen path and enter a long corridor, inside there are two Fanged Boars (from one again the Boar Helmet fell out), after them there is a fire. From the fire we will come to the crystal dragon and there we will have to die, so if you have souls, spend it. We rise on the lift, there you will be greeted by the hollow and the magician. We go to the second tier and go upstairs on the lift. Then we go along the aisle, there will be a snake and a knight, and then a crystal dragon. We won't be able to kill him now, so we just die. Later you will wake up in a cell, there is a fire and a key from the guard who is sleeping. We open the cell and go down, examine all the cameras, in one you can jump down a little lower, there is a key, then we go down. Here you need to turn off the gramophone. Sitting at the very bottom behind bars Logan Big Hat, while there is no key, climb up the vertical stairs here. Kill the kites and open the chest with the door key to leave the hall. Now we go to the left from the fire and go up the long vertical staircase, when we go up, an open chamber will be visible, jump down there from above, if you need Maiden's Cape and White perfume ring giving one slot of wonders. We open the door and we pass through the street into another hall, in this hall below there is a fire. There is a passage to the right of the fire, but it is now closed, we go upstairs again, to the next hall on the converting staircase, switch it and go back to the hall on another level, jump to the same staircase, switch it, go down below, we see the archer. Kill him and go down the vertical stairs. We activate the lever, the passage to the fire will open. Here, inspect the rooms, in one chest lie Medium set, coal and the key to the cage with the magician. Activate the lever, the passage will open down, kill the hollow and take Soul of the Keeper of Fire, for pumping a flask. We pass into the fog and go out into the street, deal with the golems. Save the magician and talk to him.

We run from the fire to the street through the clearing, below, where a couple of golems are visible, along the beam to a small ledge and down to the right there is still a golem, then to the very end, we jump down and run along the edge all the way, look to the left, there is a continuous abyss, but here you can run between the butterfly and a luminous column to the right of it, further along the beam there will be a golem, we kill and there will be a patch, from this patch you can see the corpse below, so the road through the abyss is just above the corpse and closer to you, where you are standing. As you go through the abyss, you will get to the shells and, in fact, the boss. A huge beautiful dragon. Immediately run behind Sith's back and destroy the original crystal that gives him immortality. Run close to him, and start to bring him down, you can keep a little to the right, he will turn, do not fall under his tentacles, try not to be in the crystals that he scatters, otherwise you will be cursed.

Ruins of New Londo and the Abyss

We go down the elevator from the fire in the Temple of Fire, as you go down, you will go out to the Ruins of New Londo. Take a little to the right, there will be a staircase down, there is a blacksmith behind the bars Rickert of Vinheim... Having seen him, we go along the bridges, as you pass the second one, kill the ghosts, go to the right into the passage, there you can see a corpse with With the soul of the keeper of fire, for pumping a flask. We go further, go up the steps, across the bridge, then go down the spiral staircase and go right to the fog. We pass upstairs (carefully, there are ghosts under the bridge), here knock down the stairs, we pass along the passage and go to the building, the building is full of ghosts. Further, in the hall with a fireplace, we go upstairs, in general we go to Ingward, take the key from the door from him to drain the water. From it we go down (if someone did not take the ring from the curse, it is in this building, you need to go around below), we go from the hall to the right and down the stairs, we go out into the street, there we go up the stairs and come to the tower, open the gate and drain the water ... A passage to the valley of dragons will open. Where did we leave the building from Ingward if you look, you can see the fog from here, this is the way to The abyss and to the boss - Four Kings, don't forget to wear the ring you took from Seth.

Since the water has been drained, the lower part can be examined. If you go to the valley and kill the dragons, you can take Bandit Set and a shield, as well as a ring on the tower. Now, as we came here, we pass through the buildings into the building. Be careful, there are strong warriors here, do not run into the hall, lure them out one by one, there will be a demon in the hall. As you kill everyone, here in the depression there are two stairs, go up the right, there you can find coal. Another exit from the hall is the closest path to the camp, there is also a secret wall, strike, there is a warrior, and there is a titanite in the chest. Well, actually, we go to the boss. You can summon to battle Witch Beatrice... We put on the ring, we pass into the fog and we jump down.

Boss - Four Kings... The boss deals relatively little damage to you, which increases with the appearance of all four Kings. You should not fight all at the same time, but in turn, quickly destroying them. Dragging out the fight will lead to your death. Tactics are very effective: we make ourselves a lot of protection, take fast and powerful weapons and just ram the boss, periodically pauses for treatment.

Demon Ruins

We go from Of the beautiful lady(where you killed Kveleg) down and go to the location with lava, then activate the fire. We go from the fire a little lower and to the right through the passage, we pass into the fog to the boss - Tireless Warrior, a huge boss, he will not attack until you take it at the end of the location Daughters of Chaos Set.

As you take it, the boss will start attacking, to make it easier to kill him, in the middle of the location there is a rock and a passage, run to the beginning of the location, let the boss come here, and then run to the passage between the rock and the mountain, stand up to see the boss, in this passage, he will start ranged attacks with his pincers, run back for the rock, his blows are very strong. After hitting him, hit his pincer. After killing, we go down from the boss and go even lower along the cliff, there will be capri demons (there are many of them here), going down the corpse will be visible below, jump there, there is a worm, and behind it there is a fire, you can get around. The fog is clearly visible from the fire, we need to go there, go through the demons and aggressive statues. Before the fog, go to the left, there are bulls, and at the end there is a chest with coal. If you are in human form, then a phantom will invade - knight Kirk... After killing him, we pass into the fog to the boss - Wise Fire Demon... This is another type of training demon, only now it is fiery, and branches from trees will interfere with the movement on the site. There should be no problem here.

As we kill, we go to another exit, we go downstairs and there we activate the fire. From the fire, if you go up to the very top, there will be a lift to the spider. Further from the fire, we again pass into the fog, there is lava and a boss Demon Stonog.

The centipede demon is immune to fire, it is better to have a weapon with magic or electric. As you enter, he will come running to you, do not be in front of him, he can grab you and chew you, and under him a bunch of his legs can also inflict damage on you, roll from his attacks. How do you kill, we get Orange ring, which makes it possible to run on lava. Further we pass through the lava a little to the left, there will be a passage and a fire.

Forgotten Izalite and the Crucible of the First Flame

You will meet near the fire Solera, further from the fire you will go to the location where there is one lava. There will be demons of the isolate, there are many of them here and are hard to kill. They inflict strong blows with their legs and tail, you can aggro them about three or four, and let them beat each other. If you need Soler in a fight with the last boss, then you will have to talk to him near the fire. You can also open a shortcut from the spider, for this you can feed her 30 humanity and be a member of her covenant. If you talked to Soler, then you will have to face nine house mistakes, you need to kill all nine, otherwise your partner will go crazy and be hostile, but at the same time, after killing him, you will receive his uniform, talisman and armor - it's up to you. Walking from the fire straight along the location, in the middle there will be two buildings, in the first of them there is an open opening - the only place where you can hide from the demons, in the second, if you go up the log, there is a corpse with humanity and a fire if you need it. If you entered the first building, then looking from it a little to the right, a piece of pipe is visible, we need to get there in order to rise higher. Then go to the fork, go down, there is a hall on the left where you can fall down and a long passage opposite, there will be a demon, and behind him Soler

Well, in fact, from the fork we come straight to the stairs. Here, if you are in human form, the knight Kirk will invade, and the pyromancer will also attack you. After killing him, go into the fog, to your left. There will be a passage to the boss - Chaos bed... We roll down and see the site with the boss, this is a huge tree. We see glowing balls to the left and right of him, run to the right first to one, there kill his appendage, then the boss will start hitting with strong attacks, because of them the floor will fall through. In the meantime, you need to run to another, there is the same thing, and then from the place where we started, run straight through the arena that has fallen in the middle to the boss's heart. The fight is not difficult, considering that by destroying one appendage and dying, he will not restore them, so even if you died you will come, and he has no appendage.

Well, let's go to Fire temple to the head of the snake (Frampt), he will bring you down again, the head has a brother (Kaas), but in order to meet him, you need to talk to Ingward, after receiving Of the Great Chalice To take the key to the abyss and fight the 4 kings, talk to him there. If you join him, you will be given the Black Pyromancer Set. Raise the Great Chalice on the Altar of Fire and donate to it the Great Souls - the Bed of Chaos and Nito, as well as the Shards of the Great Souls - the Four Kings and the Naked Sith. The passage to the final boss will open - Gwynne, Lord of Ash.
There will be knights on the way to the boss, here you can collect stones from them for pumping, although they are no longer needed if you are not going to play the game a second time. A boss with a huge fiery sword that he waves without stopping. If you can't catch him on counter-strikes, then you will be in trouble. The shield will not help you, you have to move back and wait for the moment to strike, mainly when he tries to grab you. With a phantom, the fight would certainly be easier. As you kill the boss, the game will start again, so if there are any unfinished business, do not go to the boss, but finish them first. After defeating the boss, choose an ending:

  • Light a fire - you will give light to this world again;
  • Put out the fire - you will emerge as the lord of darkness, and in the meantime it will cover the whole world.
