Millionaire is an economic board game that can be played by people of all ages. Both adults and children love her. In addition, such board games unite the family and allow you to have fun with a friendly company, teach people the basic concepts of business, entrepreneurial activity, and give knowledge about economic relations.

This board game develops logical thinking, attentiveness, the ability to quickly find the right solution, a way out of a difficult situation, and calculate moves in advance. In the Millionaire board game, the rules of the game may seem complicated and confusing at first, but those who have already dealt with other economic board games will quickly get up to speed. If this is your first time encountering such a game, do not worry, you will very quickly understand how to act.

In the article we will explain to the readers in detail what is included in the set of the Millionaire board game, tell the rules of this game, consider the reviews of other players.

Types of "Millionaire"

There are such types of games:

  1. "Millionaire Classic".
  2. "Millionaire De-Luxe".
  3. "Millionaire Junior" (for children).
  4. "Millionaire Elite".

The goal of the game is to become a millionaire and ruin the rest of the competition, but each has differences, which we will gradually look at in the article. Let's start with the first - the basic option.

"Classic"

The main goal pursued by the players is to reach the top of the rating, ruin the rest of the players and become the owner of more sites. In the board game "Millionaire" you need to become a monopolist. The one who ruined the rest and ended up at the top becomes the wealthiest player and is the winner. You can also play for a while. Then the goal of the players will be to become the owner of the largest fortune at the end of the game.

How to play?

According to the rules of the game, at least two people take part in the board game "Millionaire". Maximum of six can be played. Each player has a role to play:

  • banker- disposes of funds, monitors financial flows, transactions, makes payments, controls banking operations so that everything goes right and without violations;
  • broker- works on the stock exchange, conducts and controls all transactions with securities, shares, etc .;
  • insurance agent- supervises the issuance of insurance policies, manages the redemption of insurance in crisis situations.

In the box with the game, a square-shaped playing field is given, on which 9 sectors are drawn. These are branches of the economy. The first 8 industries are represented in the game by 2-3 enterprises. They are located close to each other. The last, 9th industry, is considered the most valuable. It includes 4 companies, which are located in central points on each side of the playing field.

The game begins with giving each player his initial capital. With this money, the player buys himself shares and insurance.

Beginning of the game

In the Millionaire board game, lot cards are initially laid out according to the branches of the lined field. There are 24 of them in the kit. There are also packs of "Chance" cards in the amount of 20 pieces, as well as "Movement" - also 20 pieces. They are laid out with the inscriptions down, the extra ones are laid aside for now. First, a player is selected who will be the banker. He distributes seed money to each person. This is 2,000 forfeits, but another 200 goes to the cashier. The board game "Millionaire" begins according to the rules of the game from the box with the inscription "Start". The order of the move is decided by lot.

Player actions

The game begins with throwing a pair of dice, the chips move clockwise from the "Start" cell, counting the number of cells corresponding to the sum of the numbers on the dice.

If there is a double, then the player makes another move. But there is one "but" here. If you get a double three times in a row, then the player is sent to the "Tax Police". Moving across the field, players' tokens fall on the squares of enterprises. Each one has the cost of the enterprise and the rental rate written on it. The data on how much taxes you need to pay for this enterprise is also indicated.

If, after the next roll of the dice, the chip lands on an empty area, then you can buy it for your use. This cell contains the value that must be deposited into the general bank. After payment, the card is removed from the cell and the player leaves it in his pack.

If you do not want to buy a plot, then it can be put up for sale. The starting price is chosen at its own discretion. All players can take part in the auction. The player who gave the large amount of money takes the plot for himself.

Stopping at another player's lot

If, after the next move, the chips stop on a cell with a plot belonging to another player, then you will have to pay a rent for being in someone else's territory. The price is written on this cell. If you are the owner of all the existing enterprises in the industry, then you are considered a monopolist. If, as a result of the move, the token lands on the square of the monopolist's enterprise, then the rent will be doubled. When a player makes a full circle with moves and passes the "Start" cell again, then he is paid 200 forfeits of circular income.

Surprises as the game progresses

In the board game "Millionaire", according to the rules of the game, there are special cells, falling on which, the player has to perform the action written on the card lying "face down". The player does not know in advance what awaits him. This is the main surprise. After all, it can be both pleasant and not very. Let's consider in detail the meaning of such cells:

  1. "Tax office". Once on such a cage, you will have to pay tax.
  2. "Tax police". Here the player needs to roll the dice three times, waiting for a double to fall out. If the double did not fall, then you will have to pay a fine, otherwise you will not leave the police station.
  3. Jackpot. The player who got to this box has the right to play on the slot machine. The bet is placed first. According to the rules of the game, the player in the Millionaire board game rolls only one die, but 3 times. After each throw, the chip moves from bottom to top along the column of the slot machine as much as it fell out. If all the displayed numbers correspond to the combination for winning, then the player receives a bonus. A cash bonus is transferred to him from the bank. But if the numbers do not match, then the bet remains at the box office.
  4. "Moving". If, as a result of the roll of the dice, the card falls on the "Move" cell, then the player turns the card over and reads the task to which cell he needs to rearrange the chips. If this is the "Start" cell, then the player does not get the circular income.
  5. "Charitable Foundation". If, as a result of moving the card at the direction of the "Move" box, the chip enters the cell with the words "White Business" or "Charitable Fund", then the player is paid money from the bank from this fund.
  6. There is also a cell called "Black business". When hitting this cell, the player flies from it to the box "Charitable Fund", and he will also have to pay a fine of 50 forfeits.
  7. "Chance". If the chip hits this cell, then the card is turned over. The instructions written on it must be followed by the player. Then the card is hidden from the bottom of the pack. If the player cannot at the moment execute the instruction, then the card remains with him until he completes the task.

Branches of enterprises: description

Board game "Millionaire" offers players who own a monopoly in any branch of the economy to build enterprises and branches on the sites. Their cost is written on the squares of the field, their price is also indicated on the cards of the players.

The purchased extensions are placed on the plots of the field, which are built up systematically. First, one branch at a time, then the second are added, and only then - the third. If a player has three branches of an enterprise in each industry, then he is already given permission to build the enterprises themselves. For the price, the branch and the enterprise are equal. But to start building, all branches must be free. If at least one is pledged by the bank, then the industry is not considered complete. The player ceases to be a monopolist and can no longer build plots in this sector of the economy.

If a player has financial difficulties and wants to sell his buildings to the bank, he must act in a planned manner. You can sell one plot from each branch, then the second, etc. But you should know that the bank buys plots from the player only at half the price of the full cost.

"Millionaire Junior"

How to play the Millionaire (Classic) board game? The rules are detailed above. Now let's see the difference between the children's version of the game called "Junior". The set includes a playing field in the shape of a square. This is an amusement park. There are 20 "adventure" cards, money of different denominations - 121 banknotes, ticket booths - 56 pieces, a dice for throwing a number, chips - 4 pieces, a description of the rules of the game.

The board game for children has different rules. Let's consider them in more detail.

The object of the game is to get rich by buying rides. Money is made selling entrance tickets. First, let's figure out how a player can buy an attraction. Each cell is divided into two equal parts. If, after throwing the dice, your chip hits one of the halves of the cage, and it is free, no one has bought it yet, then you have the right to purchase it, you only need to pay 10 forfeits to the bank. If the player is able to make a purchase, then he (without looking at the card) pulls out any of his ticket booths and must cover half of the attraction. If the player does not have money for such an acquisition, then he returns to the "Start" square, and the other player gets a chance. From any part of the playing field, he returns to this cell and becomes its owner for free. The board game for children is brightly decorated, it is interesting to play it for children of primary school age. The children learn the skills of economic activity that will be useful to them later in life.

"Millionaire Elite"

This is a game for adult players. Differs from the classic version of the game in the following features:

  1. Promotions have been added, you can purchase insurance for all occasions. In this game, you can get rich not only by buying and selling plots, but also at the expense of the securities market. In "Elite" the factor of luck is of great importance.
  2. A surprise card "Fortune" has appeared. There are step-by-step instructions for players to follow. This can affect the overall course of the game.
  3. If, when rolling the dice, the chip lands on the "Exchange" cell, you will find out the price of your shares. They can grow, or they can fall to a minimum.
  4. Insurance policies can protect the player. This applies to rentals, taxes or auctions. There are short-term and long-term policies. The former are valid until one circle is passed. If the player passes the "Start" cell, the policy ends. But the action of the second continues until the occurrence of the insured event.

For those for whom the words "manager" or "monopoly" have long become synonymous with excitement, time spent in a fun company, there is no need to explain what an economic game is. But connoisseurs, having discovered these rules, will whistle in surprise. Collecting all the best, tested by generations of players, "MILLIONAIRB elit" truly opens the doors for you to the world of real business. The tax system, stocks, insurance policies, auctions - all of this has never come together on one playing field, in one box. Here is a business model that is as close to life as possible. Would you dare to conquer her? Yes? Then go for it!

PURPOSE OF THE GAME

Become a monopoly of all industries and ruin the rest of the players. The means to achieve this can be divided into major ones (rent charged to other players to visit the sites you own) and subsidiary(gambling on the stock exchange, successful auction trading, jackpot winnings, favorable CHANCE and FORTUNA cards, tax evasion

provisions).

DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME

From 2Bx to 6B players can participate in the game.

The playing field is a square. Movement across the field is carried out clockwise from the corner START cell. The sides are numbered (from the first to the fourth) also clockwise.

Along the perimeter of the playing field there are 8 colored BRANCHES, each of which consists of 2Bx or 3Bx sections, have B

with their own names.

The four central cells on each side make up a separate ninth branch (central).

The square of each section of the playing field corresponds to a carB

point of the PLOT with an indication of its value, rent for the site, tax on the site and the price of the branch.

GAME PREPARATION

PLOT cards (26 pieces) are laid out according to their branches on the corresponding areas of the playing field.

Decks of CHANCE cards (20 pcs.) And FORTUNA (30 pcs.) Are placed on specially marked cells on the playing field

"Shirts" up. Spare cards (10 pcs.) Are deposited.

Among the players are chosen: the banker, the owner of the auction, the director of the insurance company and the broker. The banker gives each player 2,000 forfeits of initial capital, and also puts 200 forfeits

in box office "Jackpot". The owner of the auction controls the auction. The director of the insurance company monitors the correctness of the purchase and return of insurance policies to the BANK. The broker monitors changes in stock prices.

Players place their chips on the START square.

The sequence of moves is determined by lot.

Each turn, players in turn roll two dice and move their pieces from one area to another by the number of cells corresponding to the sum of the dropped points. If on the next turn the player rolls on the dice

double, then he makes one more move. If there are three takes in a row, the player must go to TAX INSPECTION.

STOPPING AT A "FREE" SITE

If a player, as a result of the next move, stops on a plot that does not belong to any of the players, then he has the right to buy a plot in his possession. To do this, the player must pay to the BANK the amount indicated on the square of this area, after which he withdraws

with fields the card of this site and keeps it for himself.

IN In case of refusal to purchase a plot, the plot is put up for auction on the AUCTION cell. Any player (including those who previously refused to purchase) can take part in the auction. The starting price of the exposed plot is set by the owner of the auction. The plot goes to the one who offers the highest price for it.

STOP AT A "STRANGE" AREA

If, as a result of the next move, a player stops in an area that is in someone else's possession, he must reserve B

to pay rent to the landlord. On the squares of the field and cards of each site, the rent is indicated, which the player must pay if the owner of the site is not a monopolist of the entire industry (the only owner of all sites in this industry). The actual rent that the player must pay is calculated according to the RENTAL ACCRUAL TABLE located on the playing field.

CENTRAL INDUSTRY

The cost of any site in the central industry is 500 forfeits. The rent and tax from the owners of these plots are written in the RENTAL AND TAX TABLES located on the playing field.

ATTENTION! Construction of branches and enterprises on sites

THE CENTRAL INDUSTRY IS FORBIDDEN!

PURCHASE SALE

Promotions can be purchased before the start of the game, passing through the START cell at the end of each round of the game, as well as when entering the EXCHANGE cell. Sell shares to the BANK

you can at any time of the game before your next move. First, the initial price of the share is 100 forfeits.

EXCHANGE PLAY

If, as a result of the next move (or according to the direction of the CHANCE card), the player lands on the EXCHANGE square, he can change the stock price. To do this, he must roll the dice two times in a row. The first die roll determines whether the stock is going up (even) or going down (odd).

The second roll of the die determines by how many POINTS - from B 1 to 6 - the stock price has fallen or increased. One POINT equals 10 fantas. The new share price is held until another player hits the BIRB JA cell or until the corresponding instruction of the FORTUNA card follows. If the share price as a result of the next game on the stock exchange or as indicated by the FORTUNA cards

becomes zero, then the BANK stops selling shares, and the player has the right to surrender his shares to the BANK. The share price cannot go below zero. While on the EXCHANGE, the player can make no more than two operations of buying / selling shares - one before, and the other after playing on the exchange. Other players can also purchase shares through a player who is on the EXCHANGE by paying him an intermediary percentage agreed with him, but each can do this only once, either before playing on the stock exchange or after.

ROUND INCOME

Each time the player passes the START cell on the next move, he is paid a circular income consisting of 200 forfeits and interest on shares. If at this moment of the game the special instructions of the FORTUNA cards do not apply, then this value is 20% of the current value of all shares held by the player.

ROUND TAX

Each player, passing the TAX INSPECTION box, is obliged to pay a round-robin tax.

The round-robin tax is composed of two parts: the tax on each share (10 forfeits) and the tax from the sites.

The squares of the field and cards of each site indicate the tax that is levied on the owner of an empty site if he is not a monopolist of the entire industry. The actual tax that the player must pay is calculated according to the TAX CALCULATION TABLE located on the playing field.

The round-robin tax is levied on the player, regardless of whether he passed the TAX INSB PECTION as a result of the next move or got directly to this cell.

"SURPRISE" CELLS

TAX INSPECTION

If a player lands on the TAX INSPECTION square, he can leave it by paying a penalty of 50 forfeits or by throwing a double on the dice in one of three subsequent moves.

If the player does not roll a double for the third time, then he can leave the TAX INSPECTION in only one way: by paying a penalty of 50 forfeits.

The player who hits the JACKPOT cell can play the slot machine. To do this, he makes a bet at the "Jackpot" cashier and rolls the die three times - once for each "column" of the slot machine, and then moves

chip from bottom to top along the "column" for as many symbols as the number of points on the die. In case of coincidence of the combination dropped out on the slot machine with one of the winning ones, the player receives the corresponding winnings from the BANK. Winning combinations are located next to the slot machine. If the player loses, the bet remains at the Jackpot cashier.

CHANCE cards are individual instruction cards related directly to the player who pulled the card.

If a player's token enters the CHANCE cell, its owner takes the top card from the CHANCE deck and follows the instructions indicated on it, after which he puts the card on the bottom of the deck. If the instruction cannot be carried out immediately, the player keeps the card with him until the right moment comes.

If the card instructs to move to the nearest cell of the EXCHANGE, FORTUNA or CHANCE (there are several of them on the field), then the player determines the distance of his chip from the nearest of such cells, both in front and behind. After that, the player can transfer his token to the selected cell. If the squares are equally removed, the player can move his token to any of them.

Fortune cards are collective instruction cards that are not directly related to the player drawing the card.

On the FORTUNA cards, the icons "basket" and "safe" are marked with:

one-time instructions to be executed once;

long-term instructions to be followed throughout the life of that card, that is, until the next card is drawn from the deck.

Unlike CHANCE cards, FORTUNA cards are not returned to the deck, but are placed on the WHEEL OF FORTUNA space. If, by the direction of the CHANCE card, two FORTUNA cards are placed on the FORTUNA WHEEL and they conflict with each other, the card drawn first is preferred.

TAX EXEMPTION

The player who hits the TAX EXEMPTION box is exempted from paying the ROUND TAX for one round (one passage of the TAX GOVERNMENT INSPECTION box).

TAX POLICE

The player who gets on the TAX POLICE cell goes to the TAX INSPECTION. In this case, the circular income is not paid.

AUCTION RULES

If the player by the next move or by the direction of the CHANCE card got to the AUCTION cell, he must select the area to be offered for bidding.

To do this, he rolls the dice 3 times.

The first die roll defines one of the four sides of the playing field. The sides are numbered clockwise from the START cell. If the die rolls between 1 and 4 points, the auctioneer token is transferred to the center area of the corresponding side. If the roll is 5 or 6, the auction is canceled.

The second die roll identifies one of the two BRANCHES on that side lying clockwise ("even") or opposite ("odd") from the central area.

The third die roll defines a specific area. If the industry is "double" - the first section corresponds to the numbers 1, 2, 3, the second - 4, 5, 6. If the industry is "triple" - the first section - 1, 2, the second - 3, 4, the third - 5, 6.

The card of the plot to be auctioned is displayed on the AUCTION box. Each player can offer any price for this site. The highest bidder takes the lot.

ATTENTION! Pledges cannot be put up for auction

plots, plots insured from the auction, and plots with at least one building.

INSURANCE RULES

If desired, the player can purchase short-term or long-term INSURANCE POLICIES at the BANK.

Short-term insurance policies are valid until the next player passes the START cell. When going through the START, they must be returned to the BANK.

Long-term insurance policies are valid until insured event, after which they also return to the BANK.

There are 4 types of insurance policies in total.

Short-term GREEN the insurance policy costs 100 forfeits. This policy insures the player against the auction. If, as a result of the next auction, one of its

plots, the player bypasses the auction.

If, during the period of ownership of the insurance policy, the player's plots are put up for auction several times, the policy insures the player against all these auctions.

Short-term BLUE the insurance policy costs 200 forfeits. This policy insures the player against both the auction and any unfavorable action of the FORTUNA card. Moreover, if both points on the FORTUNA card are unfavorable for the player, the blue insurance

the policy insures against only one.

Long-lasting ORANGE the insurance policy costs 300 forfeits.

This policy insures the player against the auction and against any unfavorable action of the FORTUNA cards only until the occurrence of an insured event, that is, the moment when the player considers it necessary to use his insurance policy. Moreover, if both points are unfavorable for the player on the FORTUNA card, this policy insures him from both!

Long-lasting RED the insurance policy costs 500 forfeits. In addition to the AUCTION and the adverse effect of both items

Fortune cards, this policy insures the player against any one trouble - unbearable rent or tax. Possessing this policy, the player himself has the right to choose which case is considered insured. After use, the policy is returned by the player to the BANK.

BRANCHES AND ENTERPRISES

A player who has a monopoly on the entire industry can build on plots branches and enterprises... Their price, ranging from 50 to 200 forfeits per building, is indicated on the plots of the branches and on the map points of the plots. The acquired branches and / or enterprises are placed by the player on the sectors of the branches.

In this case, the plots are built up sequentially: first, one branch at each, then a second branch, then a third. If three branches are built in all sectors of the industry, the player gets the right to build enterprises. The value of the enterprise is equal to the value of the branch.

However, if there is at least one mortgaged site in the industry, the industry is considered incomplete, its owner ceases to be a monopoly list, and the development of non-mortgaged sites in this industry is prohibited.

If, experiencing financial difficulties, the player decides to sell his buildings to the BANK, he must remove them from the lots equally: one building from each lot. In this case, the BANK buys buildings from the player for half their face value.

MORTGAGE RULES

If a player needs money, he can mortgage a plot (or several), but before that he must sell all buildings from this plot to the BANK for half the cost. Then the BANK pays the owner half the cost the mortgaged area.

At any moment of the game, but only before his turn, the player has the right to buy out the mortgaged area. To do this, he must return to the BANK half of the cost of the plot plus 10% of its original cost.

There is no rental fee for players visiting the mortgaged area.

The pledged plot can neither be sold nor exchanged until the full bankruptcy of its owner.

TRADE IN PROPERTY

Undeveloped plots can become the subject of sale and purchase and exchange between their owners. The terms of these transactions are governed by the owners themselves.

Hello, I have a question. If I hit the Jackpot cell, what actions do I need to take to play and win?

Hello Max! 1. Place your bet at the Jackpot cashier. 2. Roll the die 3 times - one for each column of the slot machine. 3. Move the pieces from bottom to top by as many points as the dice dropped out. 4. Compare the resulting combination with the winning one. Prize combinations are indicated next to the slot machine field. 5. In case of a match, receive the corresponding winning amount from the BANK. Let fortune smile at you!

Doc | 04/30/2019

Hello. How much does the empty lot cost? For example, the map says 240. Building 100. Total 340 or only 240 for an empty lot?

Hello Doc! The cost of the plot will be 240.

Nikolay | 03/27/2019

Hello, please explain, when playing against the clock, who exactly is considered the winner - the player who has the largest amount in cash for all his property, or who has the largest amount of cash capital, or is everything completely summed up - cash + property?

Nikolay, hello! The rules do not provide for this moment, therefore, the players, before the start of the game, must agree on the determination of the winner. We believe that it is necessary to take into account both cash and property.

Alexander | 03/16/2019

The card "two moves in a row without stopping" fell out, how to move? Two moves without stopping, i.e. The first time I threw a 6, I ended up on a plot that was not bought or a chance or something else, can I buy a plot, bat a chance card, or should I throw it a second time right away and go?

Alexander, hello! When such a card falls out, you need to roll the dice, go to the dropped out number of cells, then immediately roll the dice again and go again. Don't stop, don't buy anything, and don't pull cards.

Alexey | 12.03.2019

Such a question, there is "77 - jackpot" in the jackpot, what does it mean? To replay the jackpot or take x1 from the current one? It's just that 777 is the most expensive, therefore, logically, 77 should be better than other twos, but x1 is generally bad. and the replay is clearly worse than the hypothetical x7 on these 77, so how is it correct?

Alexey, hello! You roll the dice only 3 times, no replay, and see if there is a winning combination. If the combination "77" falls out - take the amount that you put in the "Jackpot" cashier.

Makar | 08.03.2019

Hello! I got the chance to "Go to a site in any of your industry" I am moving to those sites that have just been purchased? That is, if out of 3 cards of enterprises I have 2, and I got this card, I go only to purchased ones or can I go to this not purchased enterprise?

Makar, good afternoon! In this situation, you can only go to the land you bought and owned.

Maxim | 01/21/2019

player 1 got the chance to "take over any foreign land plot you prefer"; player 2 has a monopoly on the industry on which 2 of 3 plots are built up. Player 1 takes the unbuilt lot from player 2! what happens to the buildings on the two remaining players 2. he just can't build any further? Or are the remaining buildings on the plots being sold to the bank?

Hello Maxim! Yes, in the rules this case is not provided. We believe that the existing buildings remain with player 2, but he will not be able to build anything else, unless, of course, he returns the third site from this industry in some way.

Anel | 01/18/2019

Hello, there was a question. What are planes, cars, etc. for? Game millionaire elite. We bought it for 500, and then what to do with them? And what do the rest of the participants do when they get on it

Hello Anel! Did you mean the Millionaire Monopoly game? This game provides 3 chips for each player. Each of them improves the standard of living. If a piece makes a full circle around the field, then the player, if there is a desire and opportunity, can change it to a larger one. This marks the next level of security. And the higher the level, the greater the player's income. But such a transition will have to pay.
Your second question is not entirely clear.!

Oleg | 01/15/2019

Hello. I read everything from start to finish, studied the rules and played your cool game 10 times. There are still controversial points that my friends and I cannot discuss. 1) When you throw a double, you get on the "Tax Inspection" square. What should you do? stay there or still roll the dice again and continue moving as the rules state. 2) When throwing, I walk past the tax cage and stop at a vacant lot that I want to buy. What's the first thing to do? Buy a plot and then pay taxes? Or he must first pay taxes and then he can buy a plot.

Oleg, hello! Not all the nuances are spelled out in the instructions, so you can come up with your own rules, having previously coordinated them with other participants. If you want to know our opinion on your questions, then here it is: 1) Once in the "Tax Inspectorate" after a double, the player must roll the dice again. If there is another double on the dice, then it is exempt from tax and, having rolled the dice again, continues the move. If the double did not fall on the dice, respectively, the player pays a penalty of 50 forfeits to leave the "Tax Inspectorate". After paying the fine, he rolls the dice and walks. If he does not want to pay the fine, then he simply skips the move in order to try to roll out the double for free release next time. This is done no more than 3 times, then the player is still forced to pay a fine. 2) In this case, you first pay taxes, and then you can buy a plot.

Alice | 01/13/2019

Where does the money come from in a charitable foundation?

Alice, good afternoon! The charitable fund is replenished by the participants. The player contributes money to the Charitable Fund, firstly, when he gets to the “Black Business” cell and pays a fine, and secondly, when the corresponding instruction appears on the “Chance” card.

Artem | 08/13/2018

And what is this plane (for example) for 500 pounds if I bought it and another player got on it, then what?

Hello Artem! If you have purchased a plot, then the amount of the rental payment is indicated on it. The player who stands on the cell is obliged to give you the amount of money that is written in the cell.

Anna | 05/20/2018

Hello, please tell me 1) why do you need to buy the central industry, how does it help? 2) How is the tax and rent paid in the central industry? 3) The tax table for the central industry has one section 10, two sections 40, and so on, what does this mean?

Anna, hello! The acquisition of a central industry allows you to earn extra money. The more you have, the higher the rent charged to other players. For example, you have 1 central branch. The participant who got on it must pay you 30 forfeits, if there are 2 central branches, then the rent for getting on any of them is 100 and further according to the table. The tax is calculated in the same way. Provided that you have 2 central branches for them, you contribute 40 forfeits to the treasury. We wish you success in the game!

Denis | 28.03.2018

And based on this question, and your answer, it turns out that the price should simply become 50, to the next. change course, and only insurance can save you. Good game, this is not the first time we spend our evenings playing with friends. I have a question. In the game, the shares were already worth 350 forfeits, and suddenly the player draws out a card where it says "the value of the shares is 50 forfeits." And we got into an argument. After all, one of the players wants to return the insurance policy, as "it is not favorable for him." BUT the other player believes that he cannot use it, since the "share price is 50 forfeits" is for all players and it cannot be "closed" by a policy. So resolve our dispute, there are several possible options: 1. It is not possible to use the policy, as it is for all participants. And this is a capital truth, which is not discussed. 2. one player can give his policy (the coolest one) and this decision is canceled for all players. 3. do all players have to turn in one policy at a time to "buy off"? Thanks in advance! Smart toy: Daria, hello! Yes, the game is really good and unusual. Although the rules are written very vaguely :-) It seems to us that it is possible to use the policy in the described case, but its effect will only apply to the owner of the policy (no matter how “cool” this policy may be). That is, for the player who has taken advantage of the insurance policy, the value of the shares remains at the level of 350 forfeits, and he can sell them at this price during his turn. And for all other players, an extended "Fortune" card is valid, and shares for them cost 50 forfeits each. That is, our answer is more in line with your 3rd option: which players have policies, they can buy off the unfavorable action of the card; for those who do not have a policy, the shares are worth 50 forfeits. By the way, do not forget that there are short- and long-term policies. If the player insures himself with a short-term policy, then the shares for him are worth 350 forfeits only until the end of the circle. If long-term - the shares are worth 350 pounds until the next change in course

Hello Denis! One-time FORTUNA instructions remain in effect until the end of one round. You can use the recommendations given to another player.

Denis | 03/26/2018

Then what is the essence of this implementation, if it later returns to the opposite direction, nothing is indicated there, it is said to execute, fulfilled, and how does the share price return back?

Hello Denis! At the moment of validity of the FORTUNA card, players buy shares at the price specified in the condition. This changes the course of the game on the EXCHANGE. The rules for buying and selling shares are described in detail in the instructions.

Denis | 03/25/2018

Hello, a situation arose, played, and pulled out a fortune card with the description of a one-time execution, the price of the action is 50 forfeits. The shares were worth 30 forfeits. What further value of the shares should be in the game? Should the share price be fixed at a value of 50 or purely for one particular move or player's action?

Hello Denis! The FORTUNA cards contain collective instructions common to all players. If your card indicates that it is one-time, then the condition needs to be fulfilled only once, then the value of the shares returns to the original value.

Dimtri | 16.02.2018

Good afternoon! You write: -Bidding begins when any player enters a cell with an unoccupied site and refuses to purchase it, or at the direction of the "CHANCE" card. And if there are no unoccupied plots (some of them have been bought, some are at the auction), at what point can they be bought out at the auction?

Hello Dmitry! In the case described by you, you can start the auction at any time of the game by agreement with other participants.

Dmitry | 02/15/2018

Good afternoon! No, as I understand it, if the player is not on an empty square, but on a square with a land plot, and if he does not buy it, then the land is put up for auction ... one more plot, it is also not redeemed, and thus several plots have accumulated at the auction. And so I decided to buy them out. The question is, when can I redeem them, at what point in the game and in what quantity? Can I buy only one site at a time from the auction, or at least all at once?

Hello Dmitry! It is not advisable to accumulate plots from different industries at an auction, as they bring potential profit. The situation described by you is not provided in the instructions, so you can come up with your own rules, having previously coordinated them with other participants. Therefore, if you wish, you can auction as many plots as your budget allows. Bidding begins when any player enters a cell with an unoccupied site and refuses to purchase it, or at the direction of the "CHANCE" card.

Dmitry | 02/15/2018

Good afternoon! I have a few more questions: 1. At what point in the game can I buy out lots from the auction and how many lots can I buy out at a time? At least all that are on the auction? 2. If, let's say, I ended up paying taxes or paying rent, but I don't have the required amount, do I immediately lose, or at the same moment I can sell / mortgage plots, or must I take care of this earlier, BEFORE my move?

Good afternoon, Dmitry! 1. A land plot is put up for auction if any player in his next move got to an empty cell and refused to purchase it, or at the direction of the CHANCE card. At one point in the game, only 1 plot is put up for auction, which players can buy. 2. In this case, you can mortgage a land plot in the BANK, following the rules of the game. A player is declared bankrupt if he cannot pay off his debts.

Dmitry | 02/14/2018

Good afternoon. I ask you to clarify the game on the Jackpot cell. The rules say that the player, depending on the bet and the winning combination, takes the corresponding amount in the BANK. And in the answers below from 01/02/16 to Yuri there is already another version that the player takes a part of the jackpot from the cash register and a part in the bank. Please clarify! Thank you!

Hello Dmitry! If there is an amount in the box office of the Jackpot that corresponds to the size of the win, it can be taken from there. If there are not enough funds, it is logical to assume that you are collecting the balance from the BANK.

Ivan | 02/03/2018

Hello, I just can't figure out how to use PROMOTIONS and why they are generally needed. I re-read the entire instruction, but I could not find an answer: (Can you please tell me what to do with them?

Hello Ivan! Promotions bring additional income to the owner during the game. They can be purchased by going through the "Start" cell or by entering the "Exchange" cell and sold at an initial cost of 100 forfeits. Trading on the stock exchange can change the price of shares and, accordingly, increase or decrease their profitability.

Mariyag | 01/22/2018

Hello! Please explain how to play the Jackpot.

Hello! If you hit the JACKPOT cell, you have a chance to play on the machine. To do this, place a bet at the cashier. Then you need to roll the dice three times - once for each column of the slot machine - and move the chip from bottom to top by the dropped out number of symbols. If your combination matches one of the winning ones, you will receive the corresponding amount from the BANK. If there is no match, the money remains at the box office of the jackpot. Good luck!

Tatiana | 11.01.2018

Hello. Not everything is clear with the auction 1) if I got to an empty site, and I don’t want to buy it, I can put it up for auction, but where does the proceeds go? 2) there is a chance in the card, according to which I have to put up someone else's land for auction, and who does the money go to?

Hello Tatiana! The money from the sale of plots at auction in both cases goes to the BANK. Good luck in the game!

Polina | 08.01.2018

Hello, I have 1 question. Tell us more about the plots I don't understand what to pay for and how to pay the rent. Thanks

Hello Polina! You pay the rent if you stop at someone else's land on your turn. The rules for calculating rent are described in the instructions. Good luck in the game!

Anna | 03.01.2018

Hello. The share price is 100 pounds. Here the card of fortune fell out and the price became, say, 300 forfeits. One of the players increased the value of the shares by 2 points for a total of 320 value, and then the fortune card loses its effect. What becomes the price of 100 or 120? Is the increase or decrease in the value of shares by the player during the validity of the card lost or not after its cancellation? Thanks.

Hello Anna! After the expiration of the Fortuna card, its conditions are canceled. Accordingly, the value of the shares becomes the same.

Anna | 03.01.2018

Hello. There are two plots at the auction, but it’s not possible to pick them up. According to the rules of the auction game (roll the dice three times) How else can you buy them out?

Hello Anna! Free lots can be purchased either at the auction, or by stopping at the corresponding square, making the next move.

Anna | 11/26/2017

Hello. It is not clear how to buy shares and what are they for?

Hello Anna! Shares are needed to generate additional income. They can be purchased at the beginning of the game by going through the "Start" cell or the "Exchange" cell.

Nikolay | 04.11.2017

Hello! We had a dispute (most likely related to translation difficulties). "BANK" and "BANK OF THE CHARITY FUND" are they the same thing? In my opinion, "BANK" is all the money available in the game (in plastic form), according to another debater "BANK" = "BANK OF THE CHARITY FUND", that is, it starts from 0, is replenished only at the expense of the players and is constantly bankrupt. Who is right?

Hello Nikolay! "BANK" is the total money supply in the game. From it, for example, a circular income is paid. "BANK OF THE CHARITY FUND" is replenished at the expense of the participants passing the "surprise cells". These are 2 different banks.

Irina | 03.10.2017

there is one task for the cards "chance" "the player can take any site from another player" Can he take the site on which the building is located?

Hello Irina! The rules of the game do not contain any restrictions on this, so you can decide on your own whether it is possible to pick up plots with buildings by discussing with the rest of the participants. Success in business!

Kolya | 17.07.2017

with moving to the nearest corner cell, the circular income is needed or not

Hello! The circular income is paid to all participants at the next passage through the START cell.

Valya | 05/29/2017

Hello Valya! There are 20 CHANCE cards in the game, which contain various individual instructions regarding economic events. For example, you may get a card with the instruction "You won 100 forfeits on the exchange" and others. In case of loss of cards, you can come up with such instructions yourself.

Your name | 03/29/2017

Your feedback on the article

KittyMur | 03/29/2017

Can you tell me how much money to distribute? I realized that we need 2,000 forfeits, but how many bills ???

Hello! That's right, at the beginning of the game, all players are given 2,000 forfeits of initial capital, in any denominations - at your discretion. Good luck in the game!

Daria | 27.02.2017

Hello! Can a banker be a gambler? Or is the banker a separate person who does not participate in the purchase and construction of industries?

Hello Daria! The banker is selected from among the people who take an active part in the game. Good luck in mastering your business!

Munh-Aude | 02/18/2017

Hello, such a question: "What is the winning of the jackpot when two sevens are dropped?" But isn't it logical to assume that the winnings should be multiplied sevenfold, given the rate of increase in the winnings written on the board? The chalkboard says: 2 cherries = x 2; 2 plums = x 3; 2 bells = x 5; 2 sevens = jackpot. Maybe it meant 77 = x 7 (supposedly three sevens: JACKPOT)? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hello! Your remark is correct. You can modify the rules so that the game is interesting and understandable for you. Let fortune smile at you!

Millionaire | 01/29/2017

The situation is this: One of the players has no money, but at the same time he has plots with branches. He ends up in the "Tax Inspectorate", he fails to free himself with duplicates and all that remains is to pay 50 forfeits. At the same time, he refuses to sell his branches in order to receive the amount necessary for release, and constantly skips moves of his own free will. This went on for quite a long time. Does he have the right to do this? Or is he obliged to sell his affiliates and free himself?

Hello! If a player does not roll a double for 3 subsequent moves, he is obliged to pay a penalty. Otherwise, the game for this player comes to a standstill. It is worth the risk to get a big jackpot in the end!

Tamara | 11/27/2016

got a card chance: get one branch in the bank worth 200 forfeits for free. What if you do not yet own 3 plots of the same industry or on my plots the cost of branches is less than 200 fantwas?

Hello Tamara! If the game circumstances are such that you cannot follow the instructions on the "CHANCE" card, keep it with you until the right moment comes. Rather become a monopolist in the industry!

Marina | 10/17/2016

Hello! please tell me .. if I bought a plot and the branch has not yet built my husband got to the auction ... it was my already bought plot without a branch that fell out at the auction ... is this plot going to the auction or not ???? Could you tell us more about the auction ???? Thanks!!!

Hello Marina! According to the rules, only mortgaged plots, plots insured from the auction, and plots with at least one building cannot be put up for auction. If your land plot, which is owned, is not built up and not insured, unfortunately, it is put up for auction. But you can redeem it with the highest bid. Good luck with the game!

Charles | 27.08.2016

Hello. I have a bunch of questions. 1 - if I got a double on the next move, then I go to the dropped out number, if there is a plot, then I can buy it, and then throw it again? 2- if I got to an empty site, then I can, based on the rules, organize an auction. Where will the money go? To me or to the Bank? 3- Can players, having plots of the same industry, combine them into a common business and build buildings, if this business is aimed at profit or rescue from bankruptcy? 4- Having plot cards of 24 pieces and there is one more. it depicts on both sides an accountant with bills and an adding machine ?. What's this? Bank license? Thanks.

Hello, we will try to answer all your questions. 1. Yes, if you have a double, then you go to the dropped out number of cells and can buy a plot, and then quit again. 2. You can sell your undeveloped plots, you can arrange an auction (in this case, the money will go to you). If an empty plot was not previously purchased by you and you do not want to acquire it, then it can also be put up for auction (it goes to the one who offers the bank a large amount). 3. No, this option is not provided for by the rules of the game, but you can improve them yourself, perhaps this way it will be even more interesting to play. 4. This card is given to the participant who performs the functions of the banker in the game.

Christina | 05/25/2016

Good day. Please explain how to play the jackpot correctly. The principle is not very clear.

Christina, hello! The general principle of the game is described in the rules, and the subtleties and questions arising from other players have already been explained more than once in previous answers (please read them in more detail).

Alexey | 05/16/2016

Hello! Sorry for the stupid question, but I can't find anywhere what happens if your chip ends up on your purchased property, what happens? Do you take the rent indicated on the card from the bank or nothing happens and you wait for your next move?

Hello Alexey. If you find yourself in your own possession, then, of course, you do not pay anything (and no one pays you if at that moment they are not on your territory). Everything happens as in a normal course, for example, you can build branches or businesses, bargain with other players or perform other actions provided for by the rules.

Eugene | 05/07/2016

Hello, please tell me, if a player gets into a black business cell, he pays 50 forfeits to a charity fund and is transferred to the same cell. Question: does the bank pay this player 200 forfeits for such crossing of the START cell?

Hello Eugene! No, in this case the bank does not pay the player 200 forfeits for crossing the START cell. The rules do not stipulate this point, but there would be no point in a fine, since the player would still be in the black in this case.

Alexey | 05/03/2016

About the "Tax Police / Inspectorate". A player (let’s say me) who is on the "tax office" field receives payment from other players for staying in his branches. Thus, while, for example, I am "resting" in the tax office in anticipation of the third take, three moves of other players will bring me an incredible heap of forfeits. At the same time, by skipping a turn, I avoid paying rent from other people's fields. Am I thinking correctly? Is everything in accordance with the rules? It would be logical to assume that two corner cells should bring income: START and JACKPOT, the other two corner TAX cells bring you trouble - the release of other players from payment and my fields. 50 forfeits is not even a price, when the penalty on some fields reaches 2000. Emotions from the game are positive.

Hello Alexey! To get out of the Tax Office, you roll the die three times on your turn. If one of them has a double, exit. If not, pay 50 forfeits and leave. Thus, you spend not 3 circles on this cell, but one, and you do not receive any additional income.

Vyacheslav | 04/09/2016

Thanks for playing. Question: can a player build multiple branches or factories in one turn? Is construction tied to progress at all? Can you build while other players are walking?

Hello! In one move, you can build several branches or enterprises at once, if you have enough money, the main thing is to do it sequentially (see the Branches and enterprises section). There are no clear instructions in the rules about the construction time, so you can independently solve this issue by adding an additional element of excitement to the game :)

Alexey | 03/22/2016

And how to arrange the branches if there are not enough of them, that is, for example, on each field there is one branch, then they end and I want to put another 1 how to be

Alexey, hello! If you run out of branch chips, then you need to wait until they become free (for example, if one of the players builds an enterprise on his site and returns 3 branches to the Bank).

Ivan | 06.03.2016

Good afternoon. I want to ask if I have a monopoly in the industry (three plots) and if I get a chip on my plot, can I buy three branches at once? (One for each plot)

Ivan, hello! Yes, for each one you can, if funds allow. The main thing is to build up the plots evenly; in other words, if there is enough money for 4 branches, you can simultaneously build one on three plots, and then put a second branch on one more plot.

Katerina | 02/28/2016

It is not clear, the Jackpot must be replenished every time. And nothing is written about the rules that you need to buy 3 identical branches by color.

Katerina, hello! Cash at the box office Jackpot appears every time a player hits the appropriate cell and decides to play. Moreover, if he loses, then his bet remains in this box office, and the next player who decides to play the Jackpot replenishes this amount with his bet. So the jackpot at the box office grows until someone wins it, and then begins to form again from the players' bets. The issue of affiliates is not entirely clear ... Perhaps we are talking about the purchase of three plots of the same color, in which case the player becomes the monopoly owner of the whole industry. This gives him the right to take a double lease from rivals, as well as build branches and enterprises on these sites. There is information about this in the rules.

DinamoR | 13.02.2016

and another question: when a player gets a double, can he build buildings twice? or does it count as one turn and he can only build once?

Hello! The double does not affect the number of actions in one move. You just step on more cells.

DinamoR | 13.02.2016

Hello. if after using the "chance" and "move" cards I am asked to move to some number of cells forward / backward, after which I find myself on someone else's site, chance / movement, jackpot, tax office, then I have to pay rent, take cards chance / move, play jackpot, pay tax?

Hello! Yes.

Maria | 02/07/2016

Where does the charitable foundation money come from?

Hello Maria! The player contributes money to the Charitable Fund, firstly, when he gets to the “Black Business” cell and pays a fine, and secondly, when the corresponding instruction appears on the “Chance” card.

dima | 02.02.2016

an incomprehensible situation came out, the card had a chance "in your possession any other person's preferred plot is transferred" can I pick up someone else's plot on which there are already buildings?

Dima, hello! As stated in the rules, "no land plot can be sold, mortgaged or exchanged if there is at least one building on it." However, if you want to complicate the rules, then you can agree in advance with other players that built-up areas can also pass into someone else's property when the corresponding card falls out. In this case, the former owner must return all his buildings to the Bank (at full cost, half price, or even free of charge - it's up to you, the players).

Alexandra | 11/01/2016

Hello, if a player hits the jackpot cell and bet 1000 forfeits and he has 777, that is, his winnings are 50,000 forfeits, he takes all the winnings in the bank, but how? If the bank owes him ... and how next play if there are no forfeits in the bank at all, i.e. players can no longer receive circular income ... how to continue playing?

Alexandra, hello! Valuable remark indeed. We recommend limiting the size of the maximum bet before starting the game. Let's say that you make it no more than 200 forfeits, so that no serious interference occurs in the game.

Alice | 01/05/2016

Hello, and the rent is doubled only on plots without houses and hotels? (Despite the fact that all businesses are the same color you have)

Alice, hello! Your question is not entirely clear. The rent for plots with buildings is increased compared to undeveloped plots, but not necessarily doubled (specific amounts are indicated on the cells of the playing field and their corresponding cards). As for the color, only branches (blue in the photo) and enterprises (red in the photo) differ on this basis, and all enterprises are equal among themselves.

Denis S. | 03/01/2016

Hello! Is the number of enterprises on the site limited only by the number of cards in the set (12) or by one? P.S. the link to the video of the rules presented here earlier (http: //www..html), broken

Denis, hello! On each site, you can build only 1 enterprise (before that there should be 3 branches). Thanks for the information about the broken link, we'll fix it now.

Yuri | 02.01.2016

Hello. The process of getting a jackpot win is not clear. There are 200 forfeits in the "Jackpot" box office, and the minimum winning is 2 times the player's bet. And if a player has deposited 250 forfeits, then his minimum win is already 500 forfeits, and there are only 400 of them in the box office. Where else can you get 100? Or the winnings cannot exceed the amount available at the box office, regardless of the player deposited? Well, then I don't see the point of winning options x2, x3, x5, etc., two options are enough - pan or disappear, respectively, you win - you take your bet x2, and if you lose, you lose everything. Or am I missing something?

Yuri, hello! The rules say that the player receives the amount of the winnings in the Bank (minus the amount that is already in the Jack Pot cash desk, you take it from the cash desk itself). For example, you made a bet of 250 pounds, and before that there were 150 pounds in the box office of Jack Pot - a total of 400. You got a combination that triples your bet, which means that you should get 250x3 = 750 pounds. In this case, you take 400 from the Jackpot cash desk, and 350 from the Bank.

Your name | 12/27/2015

And I also forgot, if the cost of building is 100 on the field and I built three branches there and then these 3 abkbfkf enterprises remain standing or go into the box? four?

When you build a facility, the 3 branches are removed from the lot and put back in the box. If you sell an enterprise, then you get 50% of the cost for one building (the previous three are no longer on the field!).

Glory | 12/27/2015

Hello, such a question, if the enterprise chips run out, then you need to wait until the occupied chips are released or replace them with something else (pieces of cardboard, paper)? And even if I have 3 branches in each zone and a monopoly and another player take one of the them, he is obliged to pay the cost in double the amount, for example 950 * 2 = 1900?

Glory, hello! We answer the questions in turn: 1) You need to wait until the chips are free. 2) The amount of rent for a plot with a different number of buildings is indicated on the box and card of this plot.

Timur | 12/18/2015

Good evening, I would like to ask if the branches are being built up one by one from the smallest plot to the enterprise, or where did the chip fall? That is, for example, the entertainment industry begins with a "cinema", regardless of where the chip got to, with all the monopoly, initially only the "cinema" is built up to the enterprise? Or is it still an option with a chip hitting any square of a given monopoly with the subsequent construction after the chip hits? I hope you understand !?

Timur, hello! Under the sequential development of plots of an industry that is monopolistically owned by you, it means that you first build one branch at each plot, then a second, a third, and finally start replacing three branches at each plot with one enterprise. The order of development of the plots of the industry does NOT matter. You can build the first branch (or then an enterprise) both on the cheapest and the most expensive site. Also, your chip is NOT required to stand on the site that you are building.

Timur | 12/17/2015

For example, building 100?

At the bottom (neither on the cards, nor on the cells of the playing field) there is no inscription "cost of the site". Building 100 - means that if you build a branch or an enterprise on this site, you give 100 forfeits to the Bank.

Timur | 12/17/2015

Thank you very much, and the figure below, where it is written, the cost of the site, what is it?

Timur | 12/17/2015

Hello! I wanted to clarify, the figure above is the cost of the site? And the figure below where the building is written? Should it be summed up?

Timur, hello! The figure above is the cost of the site. Buildings are described in detail in the rules: the player has the right to build branches and enterprises on his plots only when he monopolistically takes over the entire industry. The cost of building increases the amount of rent that your rivals pay you, but does not add to the cost of the land when you buy it.

Nikita | 04.12.2015

Hope | 01.12.2015

Thank you! You are so great!

Hope | 30.11.2015

Hello. Can I rearrange branches within my monopolies? For example, in one industry I have one branch, in the other two. There are no branches available for purchase in the bank, and I cannot build an enterprise without a third branch. Can I take away branches from my own monopoly and rearrange them to the industry I need, correspondingly paying the difference in the purchase price to the bank? Or getting the difference from the bank? I hope you understand what I wanted to ask ?? Thanks.

Hope, hello! If the Bank has run out of buildings, then you can wait until they appear there again (for example, if another player wants to mortgage his built-up plot) or sell to the Bank for half the price his own buildings with the least promising, in your opinion, industry. See the paragraph of the rules "Branches and enterprises".

Ditri | 22.11.2015

Hello! If it's my turn and I want to build a branch, do I build and roll dice, or a building and skip a turn (a move across the board with a chip)?

Dmitry, hello! Construction does not interfere with the move. You can build a branch and a business, and then roll the dice and go with a chip. Or vice versa, at your discretion)

Nadezhda S. | 11/17/2015

Thank you very much. Today we will try to play again!

If you have any questions, please contact us! :-)

Hope | 11/16/2015

Hello. I read all the questions and answers. Much has become clearer. But! Perhaps I will surprise you with my question, where to start? My son and I could not figure out how much to pay initially for an empty site. The cost of renting an empty lot? The cost of the enterprise (I already understand that it is not), the number at the top of the card (it painfully looks like a serial number)? Help me to understand.

Hope, hello! 1) How much to pay for an empty lot? The initial cost of an empty lot is the top number on the card. For example, when purchasing a Cinema, you pay 50 forfeits to the Bank. 2) The cost of renting an empty land - the top line on the card. For example, an opponent who stops at your Cinema square will pay you 1 forfeit rent. If you own all the plots of one industry (i.e. you are a monopoly in this industry), then the lease of each plot is doubled. The rental price for the built-up plot is indicated in the following lines on the card. 3) The value of the branch is equal to the value of the enterprise. The amount of payment is indicated at the very bottom of the site card. For example, any building (be it a branch or an enterprise) on the Furniture Production site costs 100 forfeits.

Svyatoslav | 11/12/2015

Hello, I have the following questions: 1) if a player got into the cage by the tax office, the rules say he can leave it by paying a penalty of 50 forfeits or by throwing a double on the dice in ONE OF THREE FOLLOWING MOVES, how is it? 2) if a double is given, then do you need to go to this number or stand still or just do it?

Svyatoslav, hello! 1) Once on the "Tax Inspection" cell, the player must pay 50 forfeits to exit immediately, otherwise skip 3 moves. But he has a chance to start moving around the playing field earlier. To do this, when the turn comes, he rolls the dice. A double fell - it means that the player leaves the cage earlier than after 3 moves. Another number dropped out - it remains in the "Tax Inspectorate" until it is his turn to roll the dice again. BUT: after standing on this square for 3 moves, the player still leaves it on the fourth move (you no longer need to pay or throw away a double for this). 2) If the player standing on the "Tax Inspection" square has a double, then he goes to the dropped out number of steps (for example, two sixes - 12 steps).

Olga | 23.10.2015

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

Olga | 23.10.2015

Hello! The situation is not entirely clear when two numbers 7 appear in the columns of the jackpot. It says the winning jackpot, i.e. if my bet was 500 and there was 77, we read in the jackpot column, it turns out I take this my bet 500 and that's it, if there was nothing else in the jackpot bank besides it?

Olga, hello! Yes, you understood everything correctly: the jackpot is your bet.

Bogdan | 15.10.2015

What to do if 2 sevens are rolled in the JACKPOT?

Bogdan, hello! Sevens cannot fall out, since the cube has only 6 faces :-)

Bogdan | 12.10.2015

Hello, if a player finds himself in someone else's cell with enterprises and is unable to pay the fine, he has the right to borrow the amount he needs from the bank, giving it back later?

Bogdan, hello! The rules (section “End of the game”) read: “If a player owes the BANK or other players more than he is able to pay, he gives all the money he has, after which he is declared bankrupt and leaves the game”. This is the case you just described.

Ivan | 02.10.2015

If a player comes across a card "To any part of his industry", then the player should only get up on his own areas?

Ivan, hello! Quite right, because the card says exactly "my industry."

Your name | 21.09.2015

hello, what to do if you have a card in your possession any other person's preferred land passes. is it possible to take a land plot on which something is built ?? please answer

Hello! The rules state: "No land plot can be sold, mortgaged or exchanged if there is at least one building on it." But if you want to complicate the rules, then you can agree in advance with other players that built-up areas can pass into someone else's property when the corresponding card falls out. At the same time, the former owner must return all his buildings to the Bank (for example, for their original cost or even free of charge - here's how you agree :-))

Your name | 04.09.2015

Hello, tell me what cards are there a chance in the game the millionaire lost them, but I can't find them on the internet ????

Hello! The list of cards is ready. Please indicate in the next review the e-mail to which it can be sent.

Vova | 08/29/2015

How do I make an auction? if it started, then the money should go to the bank or where?

Vova, hello! The player gives the money for the plot bought at the auction to the Bank.

Ilya | 26.08.2015

Thank you very much for your help, I am very grateful to you.

Contact)

Ilya | 25.08.2015

I know I already tired you, but there is still a question, can I sell my enterprise from a less cheap industry on my turn and immediately buy it for a more expensive one (of course, provided that all branches are built)

Hmm, Ilya, you made us think) Most likely not. In one move, you either sell or buy.

Ilya | 25.08.2015

And what the player can sell the pledged property to the bank? If so, how much.

The player can either just sell the property (at half price), or mortgage the plot - before that, he again needs to sell all the buildings (also at half price).

Ilya | 25.08.2015

That is, you mean, if three enterprises are bought for growing of the same color, they go to the bank, thus freeing up the chips for other cells of the branches. It was just a situation that two people had two monopolies (that is, each had 6 cells) and they completely built them up with enterprises (12 in total) what about other players who want to build too?

If there are no free enterprises in the bank, then you just have to wait for them to appear. For example, the owner will sell or not buy the property out of the mortgage. As long as there are no businesses available, you can simply build branches. If there are no branches available either, then again - just wait) This is the salt of the game - there are few available resources, and there are many who want to get them.

Ilya | 24.08.2015

Tell me, there are only 12 enterprises in the game, there are many more industry cells, and if the game has dragged on and there are not enough enterprise chips, what to do in this case.

Hello Ilya. In this case, you will have to wait until the enterprises are free.

Eugene | 24.08.2015

Hello, such a question if you are standing on the cage of the tax office and could not throw a double in three moves, and there are less than 50 fans, how to be in such a situation.

Hello Evgeny. You can mortgage one or more plots with the bank to receive the required amount.

Nikita | 28.07.2015

A good game, but as they said, the rules are sparsely written (question: if a person draws a movement card, which says to move to the nearest corner cell, is the movement carried out forward clockwise to the corner or backward if the back corner is closer?

Nikita, hello! If the rules do not specify whether to go forward or backward, then the players decide for themselves. Just agree with others on how to deal with this situation, and play the way you like.

Svetlana | 07/18/2015

Good afternoon, tell me, please, if a card "to any part of someone else's industry" falls into the movement, can the player move to a site that is still in the bank and buy it? Thanks.

Svetlana, hello! Yes, of course you can.

Oleg | 06.06.2015

how much should you pay if you got to someone else's plot and its owner did not build it

Oleg, hello! The rent is always indicated on the site card. If there are no buildings on it, then you pay for it the amount indicated in the "Empty area" column. At the same time, keep in mind that if the site is part of a monopoly (the player owns all the cells in this industry), then the rent is doubled.

To | 05/02/2015

Hello! Please tell me on the jackpot field, having thrown the dice three times, two sevens fell out, which means the jackpot, the question is what amount do I take?

Hello. Before playing on the Jackpot field, you need to place a bet. Accordingly, if you win, you will receive a prize equal to the bet made.

Eugene | 03/23/2015

Thank you very much for your answer!)

Eugene | 03/21/2015

Eugene | 03/21/2015

Hello! Please tell me: if one of the players owns a monopoly and has two branches on each site. At this time, the second player gets a CHANCE card - "any site you prefer is transferred to your possession." Does this player have the right to take away one of the enterprises of the monopoly where the branches are located, and what happens to the branches in this case? Thanks in advance!)

Eugene, hello! The rules do not stipulate such a case, but there is a phrase that players can enter into any contractual relationship. So decide for yourself: in such a situation you can give only empty plots, you can pay the owner of the CHANCE card "ransom" instead of giving him your plot, and to make the game completely complicated, you can also give the built-up plots. In the latter case, you lose your monopoly and are obliged to sell branches / enterprises from all other built-up areas of the industry.

Stanislav | 03/18/2015

Thank you for the detailed answer, one more question, can I build up a monopoly with enterprises before moving on by paying the cost of all branches in advance if my finances allow it, thanks in advance for the answer)

Good morning, Stanislav) If you have enough money to build up the entire monopoly with branches at once, and then exchange them for enterprises, you can do it.

Stanislav | 03/18/2015

A question about branches. If I own several monopolies, can I build one branch for each monopoly? And if, for example, the bank runs out of branches and I have 3 branches on one monopoly, can I build an enterprise before the move and distribute the vacated branches among my monopolies? And the question about the jackpot, if, say, cherries fell in the first and third columns, will it be considered a win, or do you need at least two identical ones in a row to get caught in the first and second? Thanks for answers)

Hello Stanislav. If you own several monopolies, then you have the right to build them all up in accordance with the rules. That is, you consistently build up the plots of each industry; at the same time, it is not necessary to wait for the complete development of one monopoly in order to start filling the second with branches. If you build an enterprise, the branches replaced by it are automatically returned to the bank. From there, you buy them according to the rules of the game and place them on the right sites. Regarding the jackpot: it doesn't matter in what order the symbols are drawn, the main thing is their number. If you have two cherries, feel free to take your winnings)

Constantine | 12.03.2015

Hello, when do you need to build branches and so on? When will the move hit this or that industry again, or what?

Hello Konstantin. To build branches and enterprises, you do not need to wait for your token to move to the desired industry. It is enough to have an industry in monopoly ownership, then you can build during any turn. The main thing is to build up your plots consistently.

Zuhra | 02/07/2015

Maxim N. | 28.01.2015

how to lay plots. And when to pay for the building.

Maxim, please read the rules of the game about how to lay land plots. There is a whole section on this topic. You pay for the construction to the Bank as soon as you put it on your site.

Maxim N. | 28.01.2015

I got into a no-man's land and want to buy, for example, two or three branches at once. Should I buy everything in order there? first a simple site, then one branch, and so on? Or can I buy two at once?

Maxim, hello! First, you must buy up ALL plots of any industry (in other words, become a monopoly of this industry) and only then build branches on these plots. Branches are built sequentially: first, one at each sector of the industry, then the second and the third. The rules describe this in detail.

Anya | 01/21/2015

Good afternoon! Please tell me: the amount of construction is indicated on the card everywhere, does this mean that I have to pay this amount to the bank in order to build a branch? and for each subsequent branch I have to pay the same amount?

Ana, hello! You understood everything correctly. Any building, be it a branch or an enterprise, costs the same amount, regardless of how many buildings are already on the site. You deposit this amount to the bank.

Violetta | 01/15/2015

Below you say that you can buy branches at once, but there was such a situation that all branches were sold out by players and there was nothing to buy. What to do? I'm talking about a game of monopoly, if that

Violetta, hello! If the question is really about a different game, please ask it in the description of "Monopoly", so as not to mislead those who read the rules of the "Millionaire".

Gennady | 12.01.2015

Thank you very much for your answer, everything is clear on the first question. And on the second - here we get the third option, which none of us even could have imagined :) Let me describe the exact situation for an example: Let's take "Oil Holding", which shows the following numbers: Rent: empty land - 50, one branch - 200, two branches - 750, three branches - 1500, enterprise - 2000. Did I understand correctly that if an enterprise is built on the site, then the player must pay not 2000 indicated on the card, but 2000 + 50 (the cost of renting an empty plot) * 2 = 2100 forfeits? That is, every time you need to add this cost of renting an empty plot, multiplied by two? Doesn't the indicated cost of renting a company on the card already include this doubled amount of the empty plot? Indeed, even for 1 branch, the indicated rental cost of 200 forfeits is more than 50 * 2 = 100 ... I apologize for the importunity, but I want to figure it out once and for all)

For plots with buildings, you pay exactly as much as indicated on the card. There is no need to add the cost of an empty site to this figure. Once on the cage of the Oil Holding, where the enterprise is built, give your opponent 2,000 forfeits. Please always contact us! :-)

Gennady | 11/01/2015

Good afternoon! We have a serious dispute over the game "Millionaire Classic" art.00109 and only you can help us solve it! The situation is as follows: Player1 owns all three plots of the same color, on the most expensive of them he has already placed one branch. How much rent does Player2 have to pay when he gets to the cheapest of these three lots of Player1, which does not have a single branch? Does he have to pay the rent for the "empty lot" indicated on the card, or does he have to pay double this figure? Let me explain that the rules of the game say that if a player owns all three lots of the same color, the rental price is multiplied by two. But what if the player has 1 enterprise, the "Enterprise" rental value on the card should be multiplied by two? We will be very grateful for your answer! And thanks for the fun games you make!

Gennady, hello! First, on the first question: how much to pay your opponent if you find yourself on the site of his monopoly industry. Follow the directions on the card for the lot you are standing on. And it doesn't matter if there are branches and enterprises in neighboring areas of the same industry. If you are standing on an EMPTY plot, which is in someone's monopoly property, then simply pay the owner a double lease for this plot. It's another matter if you find yourself on someone else's site with buildings. For each building, an n-th amount is added to the double lease (see the specific site card). Now the second question about the lease for a land plot with an enterprise. Only the amount for an empty site is doubled! Rent for plots with buildings is already indicated with a doubling. For example, when you find yourself on an EMPTY Airline cage, which is in someone's monopoly property, you pay the owner 76 forfeits (38x2). And if there is one branch on this site, then pay 130 forfeits. We hope we have provided comprehensive answers. But if you have any other disputes - feel free to contact us!

Polina | 11/01/2015

that is, if the player has a double, then he moves one additional chip or rolls the dice again

Polina, hello! If the player has a double, then he makes two moves in a row. The first time he goes forward the dropped number of steps, and the second time he rolls the die again.

Max | 01/05/2015

Is it possible to mortgage plots if you have a chance to pay double payment from someone who gets to your site and at the same time stop only 3 plots with branches

Max, hello! To mortgage a land plot in an industry where there are already any buildings, you need to sell ALL these buildings to the Bank for half the price (see the section “Pledge Rules”). It is impossible to lay the plots in the way you describe. The action of the "Chance" cards does not apply to the pledged areas in any case, since these areas are not actually yours.

Sasha | 12/22/2014

What if there is no money in the bank?

Sasha, just wait. Perhaps one of the players wants to buy or a plot, make a building, etc.

Sasha | 12/21/2014

What to do if the bank runs out of money? I won the jackpot and then took 40% of the budget. Does the bank still owe me?

Sasha, hello! Yes that's right. In this situation, the Bank remains owed to you. You will be able to get your debt as soon as the money appears in the Bank.

Philip Mityakin | 01.12.2014

Good afternoon! Cool toy. True, it has similarities with a monopoly, like Nescafe 3in1 with Italian LAVAZZA. But the question is different. At the weekend we were arguing about how branches are being built. In the section of rules Branches and enterprises: In this case, plots are built up sequentially: one branch at each, then a second branch, then a third. What exactly does this mean? that in one move I can put a maximum of 3 branches on one color zone, that is, ONE branch on the "street" / "subzone", or I can immediately put, say, 9 branches on the entire zone (being a monopolist of this color zone) 3 branches for each of the 3 or even for an enterprise, having immediately paid the cost of all branches?

Philip, hello! Of course, if the player has enough money, he can pay for all branches and immediately put enterprises on his plots. It's another matter when there is not enough money for everything. In this case, the colored plots are built up sequentially: that is, the player first places one branch on each plot, then the second, and so on. For example, if you have one branch on two sites, you will build the next branch on the third sector of the industry, and not on one of these two.

Alexander | 11/21/2014

Can I lend money to players? Is it possible to sell plots to players at a price below par ?? Or are there any specific rules for these cases?

Alexander, in the rules (see the section "Property trading") there is such a good wording: Players can enter into any transactions and contractual relations with each other. From this we can conclude that the player himself determines any monetary relationship with his rivals. You can lend under certain conditions, or you can transfer a certain amount to your "protégé" free of charge. You can sell a plot that is so necessary to another player for fabulous money or give it away for a pittance. Decide for yourself! This is, so to speak, the "live" part of the game.

Alexander | 11/21/2014

During the period of being in the "tax office", can the player receive rent from the players who stood on his sites?

Alexander, yes, he does. He is not paid only a circular income.

Alexander | 11/21/2014

There is such a "chance" card, which says that it is necessary to return one site to the bank, if there are buildings on this site, what about them? Can the pledged land be returned to the bank?

Alexander, since this moment is not specified in the rules, you can decide for yourself what to do in a given situation. When playing with children, make sure that only undeveloped areas can be returned (while there are no such areas on the field, the card is simply kept in the player's hands). If you want to complicate the game, extend the action of the card to all areas without exception (the same applies to one of your previous questions about the “Chance” card). But in this case, the owner of the industry with which the land is returned will have to say goodbye to all his monopoly and sell all his buildings to the bank. As for the mortgaged plots (see the section “Pledge Rules” in the rules), the mortgaged land can neither be sold nor exchanged until its owner is completely bankrupt. That is, you cannot touch it.

Alexander | 11/21/2014

If the bank does not have enough businesses or branches to buy, what should be done? Earlier in the monopoly it was necessary to wait for branches or enterprises to be vacated, in this game the order is different ?? Is it possible to replace branches with something if there are not enough of them in the bank?

Alexander, in this game the principle is the same: wait until the branch / enterprise tokens are free.

Alexander | 11/21/2014

If a "move" card appears in which it is indicated to swap places with the player closest to you, we change and I, for example (considering that I did not go), change places with him and find myself on someone else's site, should I pay rent in this case ?? Thanks in advance!

Alexander, since the move was not yours, you won't have to pay anything. When it’s your turn, you don’t have to pay either. You just start moving from this cell.

Alexander | 11/21/2014

If you get a card "get any plot of another player for free", and this lucky person chooses a plot in the industry in which all plots belong to me, and each of them has an enterprise built, what about the buildings? Do they sell to the bank, go to the lucky one, explain this situation please

Alexander, hello! We believe that only an undeveloped plot can be transferred to someone else's property. If there are no such ones on the playing field, the “lucky” will have to hold the card with him (see the “Chance” section in the rules) until he can grab someone’s free area.

Many controversial situations. | 03.11.2014

The rules are poorly written ... Many controversial situations arise that are not foreseen and not stipulated by the rules. If you had to go back on the "move" card, and then move forward, then the player, when crossing the "start" field, gets 200 forfeits again. And if the player had to return to the "start" field on this card, then? Gets?

The player always receives a circular income when he goes through the START cell on his own. And it does not get it if it “flies” over START, following the instructions of the movement card. It turns out that in the first case you described, you receive 200 forfeits, since you step through START yourself, and in the second - not, since you were sent to START by a movement card.

How to interpret :) | 03.11.2014

If a card falls out: "Any foreign plot goes into your possession" Does this mean that it is transferred free of charge? Then it is not entirely logical ... It was paid for by another player.

That's the point: you get someone else's plot for free. Luck;-)

Yuri | 03.11.2014

When moving from a black business to a charitable foundation, does the player receive a salary of 200 forfeits?

Yuri, judging by the rules, yes. The player does not receive circular income only if he crosses the START cell at the direction of the movement cards.

Oleg | 28.10.2014

If I own, for example, 2 plots and the enemy is 1, how to build branches? Or not? :)

Hello Oleg. You are absolutely right - no way) Branches can be built only if you own the entire industry, that is, all three sites.

Katya | 09/13/2014

Where does the money go when buying affiliates ?! A charity bank?

Hello, Katya! When buying branches, you pay money to the bank. The charitable foundation has nothing to do with it. It's just the Bank - all the money in the box, the Charitable Foundation Bank - the cage in the center of the field.

Evgeniya | 09/01/2014

How to understand to buy branches and businesses consistently? That is, I can start building a branch with each of my turns?

Evgenia, "sequentially" means that it is impossible, for example, to take and build 3 branches at once on one site, and leave the rest of the same industry empty. First, you need to build one branch at each sector of the industry, then, on the second and on the third. And then every three branches can be replaced by an enterprise. What you wrote is also true: branches and enterprises can be built every turn, if there is a desire and opportunity.

Your name | 01.06.2014

How much money should be in a charitable foundation? and how to put them there

Hello! The amount of money in the Charitable Fund is not limited. You can put them there by following the instructions in the game. For example, if you are on the "Black Business" cell.

Tatiana | 04/07/2014

it is not clear how to build branches: where to give money and how to mark what has been built?

Tatyana, branches and enterprises are bought in the Bank, which means that the player gives the money to the Bank. The set includes special tokens "Branch" and "Enterprise", which are placed on the built-up area. For a more detailed acquaintance with the rules, you can watch our new video for the game "Millionaire Classic".

rasul | 03/27/2014

this game is wonderful

rasul | 03/27/2014

this game is great

rasul | 03/27/2014

this game is perfect

Ivan | 16.12.2013

The game is super! Only in the rules it is not clear regarding the construction of branches. Can they be built at any time in any field (provided that you own the entire industry) or do you need to get to the field where you want to create a branch?

Ivan, hello! You can build branches and enterprises on the sites of your industry, being on any cell of the playing field.

Board game "Millionaire Elite"

Price: 728 RUB

Players: from 2 to 6 players, from 6 years old.

Average playing time: 90 minutes.

Conditions and essence of the game:

Board game "Millionaire" is the tradition of "Monopoly" plus modernity. Uncover the colorful field of Millionaire Elite, and you will face exciting rules of doing business and tough laws of survival in the competition. The game develops logical and economic thinking, teaches the basics of economics, and raises the general intellectual level.

"Millionaire Elite" differs from the classic version of the game with an additional package: for the first time, Promotions and Insurance policies for all occasions have been added to the traditional set - a playing field, chips, cubes, enterprises with branches, banknotes and various event cards. Now the replenishment of the player's bank account depends not only on the successful sale and purchase of property, but also on the unpredictable "behavior" of shares in the securities market. Needless to say, in these new conditions the factor of luck has increased significantly - which means that your favorite game has become even more interesting!

Purpose of the game:

Become a monopoly of all industries and ruin the rest of the players. The means of achieving this goal can be divided into main (rent, charged from other players for visiting sites that are in your own possession) and auxiliary (playing on the stock exchange, successful auctions, jackpot winnings, favorable chance and fortune cards, leaving from taxation).
